I can answer this one, as I have thought of this. Him going to police is not going to do anything. What are the police going to do to someone that is living in the netherlands, for a small internet guy. It's too much time, cost, etc. to spend to get justice for him. And she would not be extradited or even america asking to extradite her. Not to mention escorting in the netherlands is legal, and the courts can say the rest is all just internet bs.

What he could do instead is contact the escort network and get her banned and blacklisted, her site would go down, showing that this was all a fraud. then having the network also contacting twitter, and boom twitter account gone too.
