But they do not. It have to be the negative option in disfavor of phil. If not you would have rejected the fake Escort story when no evidence was shown.

Just because you've seen an example of someone not getting called out for the same thing Phil's doing, it doesn't mean that there hasn't been several people that have. This part of the farm is just one sub-section. There are plenty of other lolcows, some of which probably tried to pull similar scams, and thus got called out for it. Obviously, not everyone gets called out for their misdeeds, since some are better at keeping shady shit under wraps. But people that try and pull a fast one as blatantly as Phil DO often find themselves in for a rude awakening when they get called out for it.

And again, nobody is picking on Phil, or treating him differently. Nobody is saying that it has to be "the negative option in disfavour of Phil". Some of us are just wise to his usual brand of lies and saying something without any proof, especially when his story is full of contradictions and he goes back on what he even initially said.

I also hate to beat a dead horse, but as others have said, your "logic" (I'm hesitant to even call it that, tbh) can very easily be used again you. You would have not instantly believed Phil, since no evidence was shown.

All in all, despite what you think, Phil has proven himself to not be someone you can take at his word. And it's ludicrous to expect someone else to prove something beyond a shadow of a doubt, whilst believing Phil by virtue of it being Phil that said it (and saying that no evidence is required). I've said it once before, but as much as I hate to make this into some sort of internet court of law, circumstancial evidence (like the escort has provided) is at least better than no evidence/not being able to keep their story straight/going back on shit (like with Phil).

OK I have read through your "excuses" of why you have a more then healthy interest in phil.
And some of them are valid, but some border some narcissistic way of thinking I don't agree with.
