Hes going to jail and they will stick him with the other slow in the heads, but mostly on permanent lockdown/isolation. He will degrade further mentally until they release him and he joins the rest of America's mentally ill population as a vagabond. Until he meets a small child named Dennis who will borderline kill him with his mischievous ways and the police will arrest him again because it will look like he was trying to rape the child.
 
Everyone of the answers except for the death option will likely get him coddled.

We need to have forced labor camps, or chain gangs where he can be put to work and do something for society.

I think it's time we finally cancel Chris. I feel awful for saying this, given that he’s an autistic man without any real social barriers, but he deserves to be at the lowest point in how life. Chris is a complicated case-study. No one taught him about his own condition. He more or less garnered his own ignorant interpretation of what the condition is. It's also worth noting that he wasn’t taught the simplicities of life (i.e, money, taxes, etc). He was left to himself. He’s grown up to be narcissistic man child. And who can blame him.

If I take this as a serious question its harder than I thought.
A sane and mentally competent 39 year old man that fucked his 80 year old dementia addled mom repeatedly for a month I'd normally say put that fucker on the electric chair but this is Chris.
In no way am I giving him a free pass, but it's not unheard of for senile patients to get inappropriate with their carers, and Chris being the coom brained faggot he is, plus with how fucking sketchy and Sweet Home Alabama he and Barb have been in the past, I think the absolute moron thought it was ok.
I mean, he knew it was wrong because he tried to hide it, but I don't think it was a forceable rape on Chris's part or that he deliberately planned to take advantage of Barb's smoothing brain and dying neurons.
TLDR - he belongs in an institution not a prison, but he has for years.
If he hadn't been enabled for years by faggots like MKR and Sean Walker this wouldnt have happened.

Prison is the only place for a person like Chris Chan. He just can’t survive if he is not in prison. Prison is actually going to save his life. He would have died very quickly if he became homeless after Barb died.

Unfortunately, I don't think mental institutions really exist anymore. It's mostly all group homes now with around 8 or 10 tards and at least one wrangler on shift at a time. I think the group home saga is the most likely scenario. What's even more unfortunate, the tard guards aren't allowed to tazer the residents if they start acting crazy.
