So I've taken the following.
Minerals and Vitamins:
Magnesium, Gysiclate, For Sleep and cause I'm on a deficit.
Zinc, Picolate, since I take magnesie.
Vitaminc C, a small dose cause I don't eat that much fruit.
Vitamin D and K2 cause I don't deal with the sun.
Omega 3, concentrate for recovery and heart health.
Boron, a large does. It supposed to help with testosterone absorption. I tried it for a cycle, liked the results.
Other stuff:
Taurine. I've taken it for a year now. Don't really feel much from it but it's so dirt cheap I keep taking it. It's supposed to help with endurance and the heart but my numbers are fine and take and do so much I can't credit it. It doesn't taste like anything and I got the powder
Rhodiola. It's for waking you up, a light stimulant other than coffee. It works, it doesn't get you wired just more awake. It's dirt cheap and I recommend it.
Ashwaghanda. It's for cortisol and sleep and ever since I take it I do sleep better it's also in the dirt cheap category so recommended.
TMG. I've taken it for performance and I've noticed a decent gain when I added it. The powder smells like fish, but it doesn't taste like anything but the shaker smells after and minus it making you wash the shaker with sodium bicarbonate every now and then. It's medium price over here but a tub lasts me 4 months. Not sure if I'd recommend it unless you want a bit more.
Creatine. It works, it's more expensive over here for no reason and I've taken it for years now... Do not load up if you start taking it or you will be sitting on the toilet the entire two weeks you load it.
Beta Alanine. I've taken it for muscle loading and it works just fine. When I was in the loading phase the tingling got a bit bad, it even gave me some anxiety at times. But now that I'm loaded it's fine. I started with caps, they cost too much and the powder doesn't smell or taste like anything. Not sure I'd recommend it unless you be lifting.
HMB. It's supposed to help with muscle retention while on a deficit. It's niche. The caps over here are too much, the powder is still pricy. I've not lost much muscle mass when using it. But I also never did a cut without it so I can't recommend. But it also doesn't taste or smell like anything.
Citrulline. It's my pre workout. It works. Tastes soo fucking sour. Makes the shaker smell. And it's a bit more pricy than I like it. But it does work so I would recommend it.
Beatroot juice. It really helps with my running. I like how it tastes. It's a bit pricy and I'm too lazy to make it myself. Recommend if you are a runner.
Maca powder. Smells bad, tastes bad. Like rotten carrots in a humidor. I've felt nothing. It's not expensive and would still not recommend it.
Yohimbine HCL. The devil. It's meant to help with fat burning and as a pre workout by blocking some signals in the body to stop auto regulation. First time I took it I didn't feel anything in the first five minutes so like a moron I took a 2nd dose... Triggered my flight or flight mode, couldn't sit down. I had to work out or lie down, no in between. Every ache and pain felt worse and it gave me real anxiety. Also every good feeling felt better. The runner's high I got after was one of the best ones and I barely did shit.l. Would not recommend for anyone else but I am a retard and I am keeping it. It's also expensive.
L-Tyrosine. It's supposed to help if you are really stressed or sleep deprived and I can say that it does work and I keep a bottle just in case I have something to do and I slept like shit. Wouldn't recommend unless you really need that emergency help.
I've also taken Whey but that's not a supplement.
