A lot of this feels like just a group of people having normal differences in their tolerance for stuff. You all hate trannies and like sexy babes, but one doesn't like plastic looking thots, another likes more nudity than clothing, a third gets uncomfortable with girls he thinks look too young, a fourth doesn't care but freaks out when he sees a Pride flag, the 5th just wants to grill and doesn't mind the flag as long as no fags are kissing on screen, etc.
In a friends group that wouldn't matter, it's the kind of thing you accept in your buddy and move on to other stuff. But in an e-celeb personal brand click farming online hellscape, each minutae is an excuse to drum up outrage and talk to your audience for a while. These people aren't really friends--as Jim says, there are no friends online--so even if they're friendly towards each other, they don't have a reason to ignore disagreements or talk casually about them. They have lots of reasons to talk to their audience instead.
