Build a house mainly consisting of a huge orangery (i.e a heated greenhouse, where you can keep trees and stuff in the winter).
Buy really expensive stuff like CNC machines and metal powder 3D printers, then use them as toys rather than have to make a profit.
Pay for flying lessons and get a pilots permit maybe? Having a private light aircraft would be amazing. Great views and G-forces both make me smile like an idiot.
