Recently, I'm starting to see people trying to sexualise those weird tuberous breasts troons develop. What I mean is, there are people drawing porn and deliberately making the breasts look disgusting and deformed.

Another thing to keep in mind is that Mulvaney looks like a walking goblin skeleton, but dresses in extremely expensive clothes.
