Yeah, and it's driving up the house prices like crazy because it's even worse where these fuckers come from so they overpay and ruin it for everyone. They clearly don't do any research, which is worse when they realize this isn't the heckin wholesome simple small town living they thought so they try selling the house after a year for even more than they bought it for. House prices are a big deal because rent prices are FUCKED. It's tripled since covid.
There's still opportunities but it's drying up. Makes me ill to think what this place will look like in a decade. Anyways I still recommend as an option for kiwis... but it's not perfect, nowhere is.
 
Live in the middle of the country (The United States) where there's depopulation and mostly whites.
These areas usually become whiter.
There is sometimes block busting and you get unlucky, but that's the luck of the draw, unfortunately.
It's impossible to tell what The Overlords are gonna do.

Since Covid started the city I'm by has gotten about 5% whiter. Small city/big town. Not terrible, but I wish it was whiter.

In as far as Argentina, they're ok until they do a big political shift and kill all, "x". Unlike the United States things do happen in South America and whole people get executed at times. Sometimes it's Brazilians (See niggers) sometimes it's Whites, and sometimes it's Natives killing each other. You never really know but when South America, particularly Argentina is in a good place and you don't live in Buenos Aires and pay your protection money when asked you're usually ok. Run if you see fire though, cattle ranching is still great there and I think families rent or sell parcels of their land, we're talking the original Italian gaucho lines.

It is just absolutely awful there, and the sheer shittiness started when Floridian boomers escaped Florida post-Disneyworld because they heard that "oh, people in Tennessee still call you sir and ma'am", then proceeded to buy a lot of rural land. Then it got even worse when the Californians came and bought more land and more vehicles. Places where you could go actually be a redneck are all bought out and have empty houses, mansions, etc. with security systems and "DO NOT ENTER" signs that I'm sure will be sold off to Blackrock in due time.
Rurally, you have small towns with enough boomer corruption to turn the average man leftist. But anywhere even slightly urban, there's enough niggers there to turn you into a full racist, though ironically enough they're not the worst. In fact, some of them are even more decent than the boomers. I'm not gonna say any more, but you've also got to contest with the farming cults lead by the most spoiled bastards you'll ever see. It's like Crips vs. Bloods but somehow worse.

How would you describe the suburbs? Would it be mostly the boomers who escaped Florida?

A mix of it and new people moving in with families due to them dying off. Pretty much their only hobbies are mowing their lawn during the hottest part of summer. It's not uncommon to drive by an old dude on his riding mower trying to either mow his lawn after a fresh rain and the ground's still wet, or spending what I'd assume to be hours doing it considering that when I drive back around there a couple hours later, he's STILL on that fucking thing. It's not even an acre of land, what the hell are you doing dude.
It's not a complaint though more than it is just an observation. Unless you're just not into the sound of mowers going off for hours every week. I will say though, never rent until you know the ins and outs of the area. In some places, you have absolutely no rights as a renter, and that house you're renting might have been refurbished by total retards.

That’s funny because back about 10 years ago conservatives I knew personally in California kept leaving for Texas, but in the last 5 years it’s been Tennessee every time.

Anyway America might be getting its own Orania in Arkansas soon. Reddit and the ADL have been seething over the idea that this “Return to the Land” project has prohibitions against Jews and coloreds living there (based).

Also, if you have money and can work remotely there are a lot of 80-90% white places like Bend, Oregon that are hubs for white boomers looking to retire among their people. Nocatee (FL), Coeur d'Alene (ID), Prescott (AZ) are other examples.

Good luck being able to do remote work nowadays, that's what made those small little boomer towns appealing for a while admittedly. It does make me concerned about what's going to happen to them when all the boomer citizens and the boomers in those town halls die off from old age, my hope is that the young'uns will be able to afford moving back in there by then.

Probably they will be taken over by East Asians/Indians (if they remain nice) or Latinos/blacks (if they go to shit). Once an area stops being “up and coming” in the early development - or in some cases the burst of new development an older white area gets when it becomes a popular boomer destination - other people start to take notice and browns move in or get moved in. Definitely seems to be a pattern with these places.

I got that shit where I live but they're very stupid so they rarely get dangerous

they're insanely annoying though and they put off good farmers from buying land here
also @BIG DADDY Bend is NOT that white that's some kind of serious fuckery with the stats. It's also where this happened

 
I don't want to hijack this thread, but have any of you ever been to Iowa? I've been thinking about potentially going there in the future depending on how my career works out. As you can probably tell I have an interest in agriculture so that's why I brought it up, plus it's, uh, well, 80% white from what I've read.

Unlike Wyoming/Idaho/Montana it's in the midwest and not all of it is no man's land, there are some decently sized cities in the region.

It's fine but very boring and lacks a lot of the cool nature of other rural states. It's just corn. Driving across the state was dreadful, towards the end I was praying to see a hill.

Have you considered living in prison?
Very limited rights, but if you can find and join your local Aryan Nation chapter, you'll be able to hang out with the parts of your people who feel the same way you do about race mixing. Plus, you never have to worry about stuff like rent or groceries, all that is taken care of by the taxpayer. You'd practically be picking the pockets of globohomo itself. With rights not mattering as much as hating and fearing black people (and possibly also latinos and indians), prison could really check all those boxes. Plus, there are never any tourists.
