Which outcome are you hoping for, or would be happy to see?

Chris can't be half assed to write any more issues for Sonichu. it was essentially his diary to make himself (or Sonichu) to be the hero in his heavily dramatized life (ex; jerkops, love quest, Mary Lee Walsh, damn dirty trolls, asperchu, idea guys). I doubt he'll make any new issues of Sonichu reenacting him fucking his mom in order to give her psychic powers, therefore he has no other fodder to give him inspiration for Sonichu.
if he had gone to Everfree Northwest that definitely would've given him the creative inspiration to draw a FEW pages - but he didn't. I'm gonna go out on a limb here and assume all that Chris has been doing since his arrest is eating, shitting, staring at the wall trying to communicate with Magichan and sleeping.

I suppose it wouldn't be out of the ordinary for him to do a few small doodles here and there more akin to his earlier days of the comics, however he's left that idea in the background for years and his interests have been overridden with self-insert power fantasy goddess powers and taro magic cards, so I'm more expecting them to be related with what he wants to do in jail that he can't actually do, and what he wants to do once he gets out.

I'm sure he'll encounter enough inspirational material to start anew and draw some inmates on some ship-fic cards along with their corresponding Pokémon types and powers.

In terms of what would be the best outcome for Chris, I hope he goes to the loony bin and gets killed by other speds or during experiments. I'd be just fate.

For us, it would be best if the tale somehow continues.

I think the most likely outcome is they can't prove rape since Barb has dementia, so due to having autism he gets a short sentence that's considered over by the time in custody.
 
Chris gets kicked in the head by a rhinoceros and it clears out his Autism Gland, causing him to realize what a tard he'd been and go back to writing Sonichu and making accidentally hilarious videos about CWCVille and manajerks and his retarded Lego bullshit. From a psych ward, of course, but still.

It's not gonna happen, but I would be happy to see it.

Also Chris has found easier outlets for telling his lore. From comics to those ship fic cards to just writing.

Originally I wanted him to get into some kind of prison rehab where they teach you some kinda life skill and try to set you up with a job when you get out, but since apparently being within 5 feet of a Bible caused him to think he's the reincarnation of Jesus, I'm not sure he should be allowed around anyone else. It seems unethical to the other prisoners at the least.

I don't think he needs a padded cell forever but he needs some very aggressive therapy and an environment free of things that will cause him to retreat into his unreality.

the outcome that would please me the most? prison. Chris'd get his first real taste of the world delivered to him by a hard beating and no mommy or asskissers to tell him he was in the right. I don't want chris to die, I want him to grow the fuck up. I know chris would initially sink into delusion to escape from the cold, hard reality, but as months would tick by he'd be forced to grow out of the sonichu delusions and accept this is his reality. Barb would preferably put in a home when he gets out and branchland ct 14 would be demolished. all his crap would be sold or trashed, and he'd be forced to live in an apartment and bag groceries to live. No tugboat to keep him afloat, and the trolls would have allowed chris to live in relative obscurity.

What's more likely to happen is chris getting sent to a psyche ward that's going to let him play with clay, draw, and keep him nice and medicated until he's officially a ward of the state.

Most of his knowledge of real world situations that he hasn't experienced first hand come from TV and videogames.

With that in mind I wonder what actions he might take when the seriousness of the situation dawns on him.

I would like for him to take the first opportunity to make a run for it, just him shambling at top speed towards a church in hopes of claiming sanctuary.

I know any panic will cause him to ball up, but I still want to hope.

An interesting experiment in this situation would be to replace the Bible that Chris has in his cell with some kind of self-help guide written for autistic people.

I don't think Chris ever WILL realize the seriousness of the situation until it's too late. He straight up was asking to go retrieve his fucking toys in the middle of the original arraignment hearing, he's wearing the classic black/white stripes that even he would understand the function of given the cartoons he's watched, And of course, here we are post-letter where all Chris could do is decide he's Jesus Christ and call Null his Judas while trying to justify raping his mother and "basically promising" to repay the money he stole.

The day he realizes he's never going to see his mother again (probably only happening when he's told she's dead) is when it will finally be driven home how much he's truly fucked up and NOBODY is going to fix it for him.

Or will it? Honestly I’m still kinda new to this but from everything I’ve seen it wouldn’t even be too out of the ordinary for him, when confronted with Barbs death, to just shrug it off as long as it doesn’t make his current life situation any worse for him. Or maybe he just convinces himself she’ll be back as a result of one of the dimensional merges.

Though would he honestly care? Honestly, I believe the ship for 'saving' him has sailed. Regardless of what the outcome will be, he'll still be trapped inside his retarded delusions.

the best outcome would be if harvard or one of those bigger corporations came out with a statement like, "chris-chan has been a 40 year long social experiment, and will come to an end in the following weeks. we thank you for your participation." but honestly at this point, i'm willing to settle for anything as low as a year long sentence.
