On a platform I used to use, I had repeated encounters with a particularly insufferable troon.
They were an extremely progressive globalist capitalist who constantly fellated large corporations, and they would actively defend corporations engaging in censorship, presumably because it silences the people that tell them that they will never be a real woman (despite the frequent posts they made about their "girldick"). The rest of the political shit they engaged in was your standard affair for a progressive - pro-diversity, supporter of mass migration, extremely manichean worldview, claimed to be anti-authoritarian while arguing for extremely authoritarian policies against those they didn't like - all insufferable to witness, but common enough that it's not really worth elaborating further on.
What is worth mentioning is that this same troon was also very vocally pro-trans, especially when it came to putting children on hormones, and claimed on several occasions to have had worked in psychiatry and put children on hormone blockers to only positive results. They argued that there were absolutely no downsides to HRT and SRS, and that it was only a good thing:
Lowered bone density caused by puberty blockers? "Fake news, this source I found on a pro-trans blog says so!"
Irreversible side effects of testosterone or estrogen? "There's surgery to correct those effects, so it's fine for children if there's even the remotest suspicion they're trans!"
SRS looks more like an axe wound than a vagina? "Gynecologists can't tell the difference, every single picture you see of an abhorrent neovagina is fake and/or photoshopped!"
Some of these people are autists/children that have been groomed into taking hormones? "Never happens, anyone that says otherwise is a homophobic fascist!" (They literally believed that almost every detransitioner was fake, and actually just a right-winger trying to make trannies look bad)
They were the sort to label any source that disagreed with them as being "fake news" or "right-wing bullshit", regardless of the origin of the source. I saw them once argue that a source from the University of Berkeley was "right-wing fake news". because it disagreed with the pop-science article from an online shitrag that had their viewpoint that they used as their source. Hell, at least in that case they used a source - most of the time their source was "I was a psychiatrist once, that means I'm right and you're wrong!"
They would constantly accuse and label other users of being racists, fascists, pedophiles, you name it, despite such shitflinging being against the rules on the platform I encountered them on, and the jannies wouldn't do anything about it. Now, I generally don't support these types of rules since they're for pussies that can't handle a little banter, but what really got me is that this troon would also go crying to the jannies if anyone even REMOTELY insulted them in response, demanding the perpetrator be punished. I distinctly remember one time where they had spent a good 30 minutes attacking a specific guy accusing him of being all sorts of shit because he said something negative about troons, and I then off-handedly called the troon an imbecile (an insult that literally no-one sane would get offended at), so they got one of their orbiting jannies to give me a warning for "personal attacks".
Naturally, they also claimed to be poly, and would repeatedly state this fact while bragging about how much sex they and their partners totally had, and they would sic the jannies on you if you even remotely joked about the implausibility of someone this insufferable being in a relationship with a single person, let alone several. This of course turned out to be the case, as they were actually both single and a virgin the entire time. They also seemed to be into interracial cuckold porn, if their horny ramblings were anything to go by, but that's to be expected for a progressive.
However, it eventually turned out that not only were they lying about having worked in psychology (among other things, like when they claimed to have worked in the US military), but they had been unemployed for nearly a decade. Naturally, it's not surprising that the person who spent several hours a day, every single day, arguing about politics with strangers on the internet was a NEET, but it was still funny to get confirmation. It also came out that they had been attempting to flirt with a user who was 15 at the time, despite being in their 30s. Full-on sending messages about how this kid was "so much more mature than other people their age", asking them for pictures, asking them if they ever thought that they were actually trans, attempting to start overly sexual discussions with them, etc. The users that disliked them (AKA most of the users) were shocked, but not surprised that the troon that constantly argued in favour of putting kids on puberty blockers turned out to be a pedophile.
