Spitballing here, but after advocating for them for years I realized it's really not about dressing in comfortable clothes. MtFs are just about always hypersexual and will do anything to push boundaries. Troons won't take no for an answer, even with the pettiest of things outside of sex. A lot like an immature kid/manchild. Troons don't just creep on women and children either. They also creep on men, even after we've expressed no interest in the most kindest and PC of ways saying things like "haha I'm not straight", they'll still pursue sex again even after a boundary is placed down. MtFs are in the same league as desperate and creepy lecherous old men of hookup apps and dark corners of the gay bar. Not only that, but they absolutely suck at being women and don't seem to understand most of the basic shit, frequently only having a superficial (and often sexualized) view of women. They insist upon themselves in ways normal women never would, especially by unnaturally and constantly gendering themselves (with sometimes archaic forms of words) for either a "euphoria boner," high insecurity/low self-esteem, or both. Troonspeak is unique and just about nothing like how women talk, and often egocentric borderline narcissistic. Not only-only that, but I've noticed trans women have tendencies to try and "force fem" others without consent/consideration for dysphoria as some kind of sick fetish (i.e. "pretending to spike something with estrogen"), disturbingly even towards the FtMs in their own community (love to see the clash that occurs following this, 'transmisandry' and all). So basically from my experience over almost a decade they're just flat out shameless creeps that view themselves as the women they objectify/sexualize time and time again. And to top it all off? A lot of their science is just rebranded homeopathy/holistic medicine hoo-ha. It's very close to that essential oil MLM science. Papers backed by/paid for by private corporations to sell some snake oil ("female fat distribution"), you get it: it's the very same consumer capitalism most troons detest that supports their entire existence. I should add I personally haven't met a troon that hasn't been involved in abuse or manipulation in one way or another, be it sexual or otherwise. They're never drama-free. Don't get me started on how they're revising gay history and colonizing our spaces to kick us out. TTD

I would not classify it as "fear" on my part, more like perplexion. There is no way that somebody can change sex as it is biologically-impossible and the medical aspects of "transitioning" are both an exercise in futility as well as leading to permanent disfigurement and catastrophic medical outcomes and most "trans" people still will not "pass" at the end of it.

There are also a lot of people who call themselves "trans" who do so out of strange fetishes like autogynophilia or autoandrophilia and are trying to sneak into spaces reserved for the opposite sex because it turns them on.

I do think that "gender dysphoria" is real, but I also think that true gender dysphoria is extremely rare. In any case, we should not be treating body-image disorders with radical and maiming surgery and advocate for acceptance and a psychologically-healthy body image instead, much like we do with people who have eating disorders or apotemnophilia rather than cutting off healthy body parts.

People should feel free to be as "non-gender-conforming" as they wish. It still does not make them a member of the opposite sex and they should realize this.

Yes, I think they have existed in cultures around the world since the dawn of time.
