I'm curious about the "top surgery" statistic is that gender transition surgery exclusively or stuff like masectomys?

Oh and I forgot the tech side of it with "transhumanism" as well. Techbros salivate over the idea. Trans sex is a step in that direction. Transgender gives legal cover for experimental procedures in altering our default bodies.
For my area, yeah it's really just a mastectomy, renamed "top surgery". Maybe they're afraid to call it what it is to the public... doesn't sound good when there's 13/14 year olds getting a mastectomy done, esp when boobs keep growing throughout teens/ early adulthood.

It makes him look progressive without having to actually spend any money or rein in corporate power - quite the opposite, they can roll back a lot of provisions like women-only spaces and remove protections at work for women or maternity rights and the like, if they want to. It's embraced by all the major banks and media corporations, even Starbucks is all over the trans bullshit, for that same reason, they can look woke without having to spend any money. I'm not sure they even understand all the issues themselves, they've just been told by the lobbyists "doing this will be good PR and it doesn't cost anything".

I found a PDF on cosmetic surgeries though. They have diff categories (reconstruction, minimal, and surgical). For men alone, under "cosmetic surgeries" (2019), breast augmentation is #1 with almost 300k performed. That's not removal, or anything else. Just implants. 8333 were only 13-19 years old.
For females, they're really skewing the numbers by listing procedures ambiguously; like one category as surgery for "gynecomastia for men"
under the female section

I was just gonna say: transgenderism is just part of acclimating the general public to accept transhumanism. They don't just want transgenderism, they want trans-everything: trans-species, trans-age, trans-race, trans is just the sexy girl you use in the advertisement to sell the car, but it's about the car.
Also, don't forget all the lawyers who are making money off of transgenderism. Even if a trannie doesn't take any hormones at all like all these NB transtrenders are doing (with the blessings of the WHO saying you don't need hormones or surgery to be trans), they stil want the name change, the gender marker change and the new birth-certificate hiding their shameful past. Who takes care of that and profits from this legalized falsification of documentation? Armies of LGBT lawyers in cahoots with the "gender specialists".

I don't think Biden has any particular predilection for troons. He (or more likely, his handlers) has just been going line-by-line through the baizuo catechism and tossing some red meat to the fanatics in the party. I wouldn't read anything more into it than his stacking the administration with novelty "firsts".
The real interesting question is whether this is going to be his governing philosophy for the next 4 years or if this is just some distractions to shut up the extremist wing.

Each came with their own scholarships, etc. now that is out the door because Joe Biden allowed Troons to compete in female and male sport interchangeably. But if you ask "what is his obsession with trannies!?" it makes sense to point to the people around him. I don't think I've ever heard him speak about trannies with any passion.
I've heard him speak with passion about how trump is a baddie, about why it's amazing that whites are a minority, about why jews don' get enough credit for gay marriage despite it never having pased without jews (his words). I've never heard him speak passionately about trannies. So it's more likely he is doing it for someone else.
Furthermore he is barely sentient if you hear him talk. It's obvious his success has little to do with any of his skills. It is particularly noticable after Trump, because he was very skilled in a couple of fields (bullshitting, conning, feeling the temperature of a crowd).
Or maybe he's doing it for old pal Obama and his "wife".

The problem(I said this in another thread)there wasn't hard segregation between male/female sports. Technically, male sports don't even exist.
Originally under title 9, if a sport didn't have a female equivalent. Women would be allowed to partcipate on the mens team.
Even recently thats not good enough. In wrestling there has been a big push for female teams, tournaments etc.
But, there was just recently a case where certain female wrestlers still want to compete against the men. Even though they had a team they could compete on.
You can't have that double standard and expect to keep troons out of female athletics...
