Honestly, I just use the site out of boredom. I have no friends to talk to, so the forum provides me a social outlet, as sad as that may seem. Hopefully, I can get a job and find friends that way, but until then, all I have is KiwiFarms.

Why don't you try Reddit, or Twitch, or the Onion Farms? Maybe the pornhub comments section could be a good place for you to find some social interaction.

I came here in 2020 completely ignorant of the internet culture and climate as a whole, much less those of this site, having not been online for a very long time due to a job that basically took up every second of my time for many years. I shared basically everything about myself in the beginning, because I didn't really understand that wasn't something people did here. Not a single person has ever said anything mean or cruel to me to my face. I would have laughed along with them if they did, but they had no way of knowing that. These are not bad people here on this site. They are really funny, and their posts make me laugh and keep me entertained.

Most of the public figures that we make fun of here are horrible in some unforgivable way, and the few harmless eccentrics have just as many people who love them as those who don't. Kiwifarms is a great place where the truth is often laid bare for all to see. Even the worst things said here are mostly in jest, though of course there are bad apples in every bunch. Most of the regulars know what's up, though. It's all for laughs. Nothing more. Some people just can't take a joke. Hey, if you don't wanna get laughed at, don't do something ridiculous.

My favorite thing about the site aside from the entertainment value is that there is a serious lack of that fake nice bullshit and self-affirming social activism you find polluting the rest of the internet. Nobody is afraid to say how they really feel, what's the worst that can happen, you get a couple downvotes? Other places would see you banished for wrongthink. I love it here.
