I've dwelled within the depths of the Barney Wiki quite a few times to verify a things when trying to attack the show, and it is pure autism.
Not as much as the Custom Barney Wiki though. I think actual Barneyfags are disgusted by that site, at least from one particular user I've seen.

His name is Natedawg921. He has a very disgusting habit of saying sexual comments on underage characters and was banned on DA for such behavior. I found out later he has a wikia account, resulting in various edits to wikis like these.

A few months ago, I was looking up reference images of Rugrats characters, I wondered what was up with all the comments about Lil and Kimi being 'tomboyishly beautiful', and now I seriously wish I'd never found out.

I have a pretty good idea of what the answer is, but does he ever make comments like that on characters that aren't underaged?

This has probably been mentioned elsewhere at some point, but since it's a Wikia site, it's relevant here. Needless to say, some people have some strange fetishes. Here are some of my personal favorites:

Futurama:

• Mom, both her personality, and the whole "older woman in a catsuit" thing. Ditto for the episodes she and Farnsworth got it on.

• Three words: The Deep South. Could just be that this troper's got a thing for mermaids, but... Fry: I mean, how I do I...you know... with the tail and all? Umbriel: I'm not your first time am I? I lay my eggs, and then I leave, and you release your fertilizer.

• The episode 'I Dated A Robot' featuring Lucy Liu as a guest star seemed especially loaded with fuel - the general idea of downloading a sex robot, plus the Balloon Belly/inflation scene that causes the evil fembot's demise.

• Oh gods this is so wrong, but "Insane in the Mainframe" has induced the squigglies more than I'd like to admit. Poor distressed Fry, trapped in a robot insane asylum and subject to so many indignities and humiliations and slowly goes mad himself... This troper is sicko, she knows.

• Oh, good. I thought it was just me.

• George Takei's head hugging Bender, Leela, and probably Farnsworth "in spirit".George Takei's head: "And now they're hugging me back. Oh, my."

• Bender, looking at a magazine full of wiring diagrams and saying, "Oh, you dirty girl." More, please.

Nazz being the most popular girl on the show, and attractive enough that most of the boys sweat and literally melt into piles of goo in her presence. Her tendency to go sunbathing in a bikini, Kevin's obvious crush on her (to the point of blushing a lot)...

• In the episodes "Boom Boom, Out Goes The Ed" and "A Town Called Ed" Nazz is featured wearing just a T-shirt, slippers and panties for an extended time in each.
• In another episode Nazz loses her pants (revealing that she wears boxer shorts underneath) and ends up stuck in a tree.
• A flashback in "Every Which Way But Ed" shows she was once obese.

• In "Smile For The Ed," Sarah is seen wearing a frilly dress (waiting line for her class photo) which rides up to show frilly panties.

• The fact that most of the kids end up getting the crap beaten out of them or bullied at various points in the show must appeal to those with a Woobie fetish.

• "Ed... Pass It On" has Ed as a roast turkey, featuring him completely naked with an apple in his mouth and pouring gravy over his head.
