streisand effect aside, this is a really gay part of richard's mentality, where he threatens to strike people's channels. He tries to intimidate trolls into thinking he has some right to report people to make them get a community guidelines strike or something, as if replaying richard's quotes is slandering him somehow. This is done to bully others into submission and to make himself appear cool to his paypiggies and fans. Richard could go ahead with the report straightaway and deal with it behind the scenes without saying anything, but he wants to drag it out to draw attention to himself just like he does with trolls actions against him.

I don't buy it. He announced that podcast weeks before and then it got moved two times. I am not going to believe that no one from troll discords tried to send him Wings montages.
