Got a property report on PARK CENTER; LOT 1 : PIN: 37909010003 - TMS: 1480006094. Owner listed as David Kevin Hardee, the stepfather. I'm uncertain if Richard's mother and stepfather hold the property as tenants in common or joint tenants. If the former, and his mom dies without a will, her three children would get an equal share of her 1/2 ownership interest. If the latter, the stepfather would automatically become sole owner. If the stepfather dies without a will, his next of kin would get the property. Richard and his siblings would get nothing. If he does have a written agreement to sell for $1, he better do something about it.

That's not what I tried to point out. Woody basically tells "you are getting away with so much and you aren't grateful". Kyle also said that Wings has a superpower of making people feeling sorry for him. This is why Wings ended up here - he was getting away with his shit for far too long, so when it finally caught up with him, he saw it as something unexpected. Also, Woody has always been in a better place, since he at the very least has a family, a network of support and has never been half as fat as Wings. Just take recent pictures of them both, then put one next to the other and ask yourself "which one of those two men looks like he is about to hit 50".
