Had RT not been so fucking retarded and ban-happy over people calling them out, they would have been able to get away with it by simply stating that Wings was lying.

The problem here is that the YouTube normalfaggots think there's only two sides here: Wings and the trolls, where the trolls gather like they're the Justice League and discuss their next move in an organized manner. They don't know that there's a third side which is the elitist discordfags who run the strikes/swatting and all kinds of gayops. Since 007 is the face of the community right now, so to speak, then they assume that he knows all about what's going on.

As for the deal, I feel like there's two deals going on at the same time. One with GulagKingpin or whoever told Wings to shave his beard off, and one with RT/007.
1. GulagKingpin told him to shave in exchange for letting him back on YouTube for a week
2. RT/007 told Wings to not put any more strikes on their podcast in exchange for money

Why I think #2 happened is because RT doesn't have any leverage on Wings unless it's their gay DMCA, which I'm sure they can't carry on without going broke since they're begging to not lose the few hundred bucks they make. Wings can keep trying to strike them and eventually be successful, but RT can't do the same since it's the GK side doing the strikes. It adds up: Wings needs money to make up, RT can provide and they want to stay around, plus they don't want to go to court over this. You also have the (now deleted) heavily edited call with Wings, Xycros and 007, which proves that they are hiding something.

Unless I missed something, of course. There's talk about "the deal" but then how there's no such thing and it all seems to make more sense if you consider the whole striking coming from a 3rd party, which explains why there's a cease on fire but also they don't have an agreement on that.

It's a shame nobody's taking any of this autistic energy (on either "side") and aiming it squarely at the cunts at Twitch and Youtube who are repeatedly and consistently taking the dumbest (and laziest) possible action in response to obvious/blatant mass reporting (by everyone involved) and enabling this whole autism fight to begin with.

You'd think at some point after reversing so many bans/suspensions on one given account there'd be some kind of mechanism in place at these big tech companies to maybe handle mass reporting/flagging and protect the affected accounts from automated suspensions. Eventually it'd fucking save them money on the labor alone.

Then again, everybody involved in this dumpster fire is a wretched asshole and it's very enjoyable watching the slapfight.

And quit pissing off Null, newfags. Go back to reddit.

Just like with everything else related to copyright claims on Youtube and other large platforms, I'd assume it's tailored to keep them out of potential litigation with big media conglomerates and they don't give one single fuck how it affects little guys.

There was a guy a while ago who went around not only striking multiple big names in destiny's youtube community but also bungie themselves by pretending to be the ceo of the third party that handles their copyrights. I think its mainly blissful ignorance, much harder to join in on the laughter of someone getting fucked with this badly if the people who are causing it are just as pathetic, if not more than the actual cow. There seems to be a lot of shit akin to idol worship when it comes to the popular troll channels in the wings sphere, which is incredibly odd to me.

They're fucking retards, then. Gulag's been known to be an aussiefag for a long time. For their belief to hold merit, Wings would not only need to find somoene willing to pretend to be a dude committing crimes, but also find an Aussie in particular willing to do it.
