Yeah, I went to a private religious school too. Mine was one called Chalice where it had dinner and dancing, but it was basically prom and people were given the the opportunity to leave if they didn't want to dance and it was in honor of the seniors mostly.

Prom was just another thing that I would regret going to. I never would get a date anyways, since all my friends that are girls either don't want to go or have a relationship. Plus all they do know is listen to the most overused pop music that became dead after the first week it came out.

I'd rather stay in my corner and play Steam games till midnight and beyond, since popular public schools are full of bullshit when it came to the dances. All I did was go to see how many people went there stoned or drunk, which was quite a few. I was right about the freshmen who hung out in the corner of the main hall. The sketchiest sketchies of them all.

Speaking as someone else who generally sucks at math, I started passing when I used Khan Academy. That place works miracles.

You think algebra is hard? Attempt a college level proof at some point. Hell, try a high school geometry proof. You'll literally stare at the paper for hours, thumbing through everything you know for hours searching for that "bridge" to the next part of the proof.

That being said, there's things that particular people can do easily and things that they can't. If "literal retards" can do algebra, they obviously aren't retarded in their spatial/critical reasoning skills. Wizardchan (you know, the original topic of discussion here) is quite evident of this. That whole right-brained, social skills capability is just as underdeveloped. Nobody is superman.

I studied my ass off to pass my Algebra II final because it would be the last math class I ever had to take. If I passed the final, I passed the class and wouldn't have to go to summer school.
