Have you ever tried to apply for a job? If it was the case, there is a high chance that you met at least once that piece of shit, and in that case there is an almost absolute chance that they fucked you.

This place is mostly composed of freud-wannabe arrogant feminist (pleonasm, sorry) wimmin who most probably rode a dick their entire psych courses (seriously, why more than 90% of people at HR are woman???). Their job is to ensure that only the alphaest extroverted males and, well, any kind of women are allowed inside corporations.

For that end, they use dire tactics like embarassing group dynamics, shitty logical tests (I can already feel the burning hatred, come at me) who only evaluate one facet of inteligence and fucking interviews asking for every ounce of your personal lives ("do you have a girlfriend?" Lord knows how many times I had to lie at those).

Oh, your technical profficiency is just a detail. What do you do at your saturday night with your friends is much more important.

Before I got my current job, I tried this shit seven times and got a dick shoved in my ass every single time. I had to obtain it by different means.

And we are not alone. My boss absolutely despise this bullshit because, in his words, "more often than not they select excelent people for hanging in a party but terrible workers".

To get a job you just have to LIE.

That's it. Figure out what they want to hear and then tell them exactly that. You have references and related work experience that they'll never actually check into. You were captain of the sportsball team and had a perfect attendance record. You're a team player that loves taking orders from management. You're a hard worker that loves propane and propane accessories, or whatever the fuck they're selling.

They don't expect people to tell the truth. They just want to know how well you can play the part that they want you to play. Getting a job is actually fairly easy, holding one and finding the will to keep going back day after day is what's really hard.

Now they're blaming women for not getting jobs as well as not getting laid. So women in the workforce means they can't get jobs in real life.

Every time the Wizardchan well dries up a rainfall of hilarity occurs and they start doing something like defending pedophiles and believing women are the cause of something else. Next they're going to start talking about watching gay pornography since they don't want women ruining their favorite hobby.
