Bruh you’re really trying to sell this guy as the worst person to get behind the wheel of a car. Literally call the cops. Most suburbs have laws regarding noise and if he’s as evil as you say they will take care of it. No one here has a problem with that. The problem is you’re putting yourself at the center of it when you don’t have to. You are being the nosey Karen my mother taught me to hate because when you’re done messing with this guy you’ll move on to the next target that bothers you. Just tell your neighbors of it bothers them so much to contact the police. After receiving multiple complaints they will do something.

That's fair, but I kind of want @WolfeTone to antagonize him some more now. For curiosity's sake, y'see. I want to see what kind of prizes Wolfe would win from playing that stupid game. (I have a gut feeling that the types of prizes will be "stupid prizes", but like good scientists we really should verify that hypothesis with an experiment.)
