Danbury area? Not to powerlevel, but me too. I just started reading about DSP and didn't realize that he was from Fairfield County. With the way he speaks, I would never have guessed. I knew that he was originally from CT but figured that he was from up near Mass.

Nah, I grew up in the valley and am still closeish, but in an area with less people, and more cows, horses, and money; that's as far as I'm willing to go there. I do agree with you on the Mass. accent thing, though his isn't nearly as thick and it's definitely not full-Bostonian. Maybe one, or both, of his parents are from somewhere around there and moved to BPT after Pa Burnell got a job in the area.

Out of this comes: DSP pronounces biopic as buy-aww-pick. C'mon. It's just a portmanteau, it's just bio as in biography and pic as in picture.
I think he might have a general issue with diphthongs, it may just be as time goes on more and more of the stuff he says is just rote stuff. In the most recent minecraft stream when he starts listing reasons for his finanical issues he literally goes into a canned tirade. This kills any efforts he puts into enunciation as it all just becomes some sort of rigamaroll to him, which ends up effecting his speech elsewhere, would be my two cents.

Three that annoy me are

Fan Service
Real definition: Material in a work of fiction or in a fictional series which is intentionally added to please the audience. It is about "servicing" the fan – giving the fans "exactly what they want."
DSP's definition: Things he doesn't get paid for, like demonetized videos.

Archive
Real definition: An archive is an accumulation of historical records or the physical place they are located. Archives consist of records that have been selected for permanent or long-term preservation on grounds of their enduring cultural, historical, or evidentiary value.
DSP's definition: A place to put his videos on, with the primary purpose of making money. (The harddrives he puts his videos on would be the real definition of an archive.)

Slander
Real definition: The action or crime of making a false spoken statement damaging to a person's reputation.
DSP's definition: Anything mean said about him regardless of whether it's spoken, false or damaging.

personally i knew that, and it confused the hell out of me
i wasn't sure why phil was referencing the hamburglar in that tweet
perhaps mr. valedictorian confused a real word with stuff he heard from mcdonald's (among his other fond food memories)

That’s because DSP is retarded.
But I will admit, some of these aren’t that bad at all.

Hes dumb and means red hot. Nothing goes white as it heats up, but things do sometimes lose color and become whiter as they become colder.
