In the current Minecraft stream, he was asked about whether the Burnell family name and bloodline would die with him since Khat doesn't want to breed, but he replied by saying that his other Burnell relatives with children will continue "da legacy"

He said it in the same way as he says the "11 year legacy" line, it was very awkward.

"In the month of [Janurary/Feburary/etc]" is a weird one. Reads like something from a legal document. Why he doesn't just say "in August, I..." is beyond me. Always has to trot out "In the month of August,..."

Also I've never heard any other streamer use "moral" or "morality" the way he does. He actually sounds quite a bit like a conservative talkback radio guy whenever he drops them.

He is ALWAYS saying things in the most complicated, confusing way. This is one of the main reasons his fans are under pignosis. Sometimes I'd watch a Tevin stream where Tevin would rewind 3-4 times just to understand the word salad Phil puts out. Also he likes to stretch out his sentences for as long as possible (clearly evident in his KOgaming channel).

Sometimes he'd get a tip with some sort of statement that is correct and proceed to call it bullshit AND AGREE WITH IT IN THE SAME SENTENCE. That's how long he goes.

But here's the bottom line...

You see Phil says things in a convoluted series of circular logical linguistic statements, okay? Umm, the things he says are the God's honest truth and if you don't agree you are an idiot. Ack ack ack.

Let's be honest. Phil explains things by speaking words. This is called, umm, speech. Language. So when Phil is speaking he is using language, okay?

Phil lost his job, which he had for five years, at the helicopter factory...

So the bottom line is Phil makes everything complicated to protect his family!

Dilapidated. Phil used it to describe the condition of the box the exercise bike came in after he was done tearing it open like a 3 year old.

Dilapidated generally refers to something has fallen into disrepair over time due to negligence (think old buildings that start to fall apart). You know, like Phil's body.

Yeah I didn't realize "dilapidated" meant the way Michael opens that box in that episode of The Office when Gabe first arrives. Anybody remember it? Dwight says he "opened it like a monkey" or something, now that's the image I have of DSP opening this exercise bike.

Also, I'm sure it's been said already, but I think the way he calls re-streamers 'illegal' is ridiculous. Like the FBI will knock on your door when you stream a gouty manbaby's stream.

He could have used the word 'Westernized' but that wouldn't have communicated Phil's consternation that a cyborg-ninja who's supposed to be 'Chicky Ching Chong Shut the Fuck Up' Japanese was portrayed on the box art by the localization team as a white guy.
