They got her more covered up in the cleavage area from the art, at least the legs still got some air to breathe.
I mean, on the one hand, her outfit is a bit much IMO even for epic fantasy standards for a being of her stature. On the other hand, Frank Frazetta and the fact that she's an otherwordly being that probably doesn't follow normal conventions.

I've known a lot of gamer girls and while some don't like to be thots it's usually because of them being somewhat dumpy, while the ones that have a good body and know it love dressing up in bikini armor. They'll still bitch and moan about all of the talking points, but cosplay for attractive women is an excuse to wear bikinis outside of the beach.
