If my hair was thinning drastically, I wouldn't be dyeing it a new ugly color every couple of days.

That hand, though.

It looks like a fake hand, or one from a cadaver or something. That is weird. Excessive salt in his diet leading to massive water retention? I'd have gone to a doctor for that, but that's only allowable for cis white people.

His hand looks like it belongs to a TF2 character model

It looks like necrotizing fasciitis starting.

His face looks like shit, too. It's puffy and red.

Probably his liver is failing from all the heavy metal toxicity from his shitty tattoos.

What was the video about? they took it down from Facebook apparently.

Weird, it's still up for me.

Phil says (with his hand over his mouth) "will the last white trans woman to leave my friends list on Facebook kindly turn the lights off, cause I don't really feel like turning it off... you know.... please."

... The fuck does that even mean?

Over 70% of cases are recorded in people with at least one of the following clinical situations: immunosuppression, diabetes, alcoholism/drug abuse/smoking, malignancies, and chronic systemic diseases (AIDS).

The infection begins locally at a site of trauma, which may be severe (such as the result of surgery), minor, or even non-apparent (tattoos).

Maybe this is what his tendonitis was

Mortality rates have been noted as high as 73 percent if left untreated.[14] Without surgery and medical assistance, such as antibiotics, the infection will rapidly progress and will eventually lead to death.[15]

I know trans women want to look out for each other, even taking care of the weird ones who don't pass and are in a bad place in their life. But how many nice women are gonna have to get called "ableist, transmysoginist, blah blah fucking blah" by Phil before everyone figures out what a worthless human-shaped tool Phil is?

I guess he moves around and in and out of enough circles to always find new bridges to burn but surely at some point there are gonna be enough stories of a weird unpassable balding drama queen named "Isabel" (or whatever name he makes up next week). At least I hope so. Its getting real old watching him fuck over everyone who tries to give him the time of day.

Isn't necrotizing fascitiis supposed to be very rare? I really doubt it's that, since he would probably be in a a hospital and not tard raging.

I'd also rule out liver failure since loss of appetite and significant weight loss are important symptoms of liver failure and Phil's... not exactly on his way to becoming Ms. Universe..

Phil has all the risk factors. Diabetes, AIDS, frequent breaking of the skin from tattoos. And he is so unhealthy that it probably just seems normal to him and no hospital will let him in since he has just gotten out of a fake ER trip and necrotizing fascitiis often doesn't manifest in visible sores on the skin until pretty much the rest of the limb is dead and the infection is in the blood

Hospitals legally can't turn away people coming in for help.

But the time frame doesn't fit. NF infections begin eating flesh within hours, not days. If he had necrotizing fasciitis, his arm and chest would've been rotting off by now.
