Please God, don’t let this shit start up again. I know it’s easy to say “just don’t comply lol” when you’re single and live alone but if you have a family of young children and are due with a baby during the peak of when they will enforce this stuff medically, it’s a lot more difficult.

I’m also in an area where they’ve been using the totally credible and not at all manipulated “wastewater data” to start scaring people, and I know people will comply here again. Our legislators got cucked by our state health services into not passing any laws regarding masking or forced vaccinations.

Documents recently obtained from the National Institutes of Health suggest public health officials used inaccurate information and misrepresented medical research to advance their policy objective that masks prevent severe COVID-19 and virus transmission—despite opposing scientific evidence received from experts.

In a recently obtained letter (pdf) sent in November 2021 to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), top epidemiologist Michael Osterholm, director of the Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy at the University of Minnesota, and seven colleagues informed the agency it was promoting flawed data and excluding data that did not reinforce their narrative.

The letter warned the agency that misrepresenting data on trusted websites such as the CDC and the COVID-19 Real-Time Learning Network—jointly created by the CDC and Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA)—would “damage the credibility of science,” endanger public trust by “misrepresenting the evidence,” and give the public “false expectations” masking would protect them from the SARS-CoV-2 virus that causes COVID-19.

“We believe the information and recommendations as provided may actually put an individual at increased risk of becoming infected with SARS-CoV-2 and for them to experience a serious or even life-threatening infection,” Mr. Osterhom wrote.

The authors urged the IDSA to remove the suggestion that masking prevents severe disease from its website and asked the CDC to reconsider its statements about the “efficacy of masks and face coverings for preventing transmission of SARS-CoV-2.”

More COVID Government lockdowns would wreck the US in so many ways that it would be kino to the rest of the world:

1. Money Printer Go BRRRRR! Now that the unvaxxed and disillusioned vaxxers lose their jobs for not taking the 20th clot shot, the under employed goes through the roof. All those people still need money and political parties want votes, so they'll print even MOAR money and hyperinflate the US economy even more than it already is. It also makes squatters even more entitled because eviction moratoria were a thing during COVID years. An extension of it will encourage even more freeloading and increase the conflicts between landlords and tenants. Allowing for evictions while people can't work for lack of vaxmaxxing makes for angry plebs willing to start another Fiery, but Mostly Peaceful protest.

2. Corporations can't ban WFH. Much like the opening scene of Paranoia Agent, every white collar pleb will demand WFH based on COVID lockdowns. Corpos are still stuck with office real estate they can't use because Corpos were the ones who virtue signaled clot shots the hardest.

3. G7 countries weaken themselves when non G-7 countries don't. These countries are not doing well economically. Germany, the backbone of the EU, is in a recession from buying expensive American energy. The US is in denial about it being in a recession, but it still is. Every country in this group essentially follows the US's lead and will pause their economies if the US demands it. That gives BRICS an an opportunity to provide a different alternative to countries not plugged into American bonds by not shutting themselves down. Just figuring out how to decouple from the US economy is a chance to avoid the depression the US will inevitably face while the US denies anything is wrong.

4. The US has trouble escalating WWIII. A US military suffering from arbitrary manpower shortages is one that cannot attack anyone. Already, the US has to resort to using a proxy to do actual infantry work with disastrous results. The reason why is because the US has had chronic manpower shortages and COVID mandates only make it worse. American soldiers ARE expensive and made so with artificial scarcity.

So, COVID lockdowns would actually hurt WEF goals. Not that rationality will stop them from doing it anyways.
