These "disinfectant" UV lights, will use UV-C light - something you shouldn't use carelessly.Here. It isn't an iron though.
I wouldn't bother with it. Like I said in an earlier post, use a somewhat diluted restaurant degreaser. It will break down the cell walls of viruses. Then mist with a 10% bleach solution, leave on for 10 seconds then towel dry.
As long as you have a wad of Levi Garrett in at all times you should be ok. I know I amRealistically...how safe would someone in lets say rural Appalachia be? Powerleveling I know.

You can take the granny out of the methnostate, but you can't take the methnostate out of the granny. That depends entirely on whether you feed your moonshine still with home grown taters or ones you buy at Wal-Mart. Which reminds me: I remember my uncle dropping by my house when I was a kid back in home country trying to raid all my cupboards for hard candy because him and my grammy needed it to make samogon. Grammy used to have a still running in her kitchen...in her 12th story apartment in the center of town. Didn't realize that it wasn't normal to have a grandma cooking moonshine on the stove top until I was well into my twenties. To her credit though she was really good at it and never fucked anything up. I remember a large metal pot that used 3 stove top burners at a time. It had a hose coming out of the top that was sealed with putty that would slowly drip clear liquid into a jar.
Nobody is asking for get well soon cards. Everybody knows that quarantine is needed. I think that the first mistake was not closing all borders in the whole continent sooner, honestly.

So if I can confirm your position: you think that the moment there were a handful of cases of a disease that so far looks to be approximately on the level of the seasonal flu, Western governments should have shut down airlines, caused disruption on a level not seen in decades, panic buying, forced confinement and travel restrictions and a market crash. You seem to have no conception of balancing risk.
Unless the governments know something major we do not, the reactions so far seem to have been pretty balanced.
I just said "sooner", I didn't say to close the borders January 1st when the first few cases from China were being talked about. They could have been closed on a European level maybe a week ago, something like that. For sure I wouldn't have allowed fucking cruise ships to sail around the world.
