The material recovered for the trial included "Boys Will Be Boys", a mass-produced magazine that contained boys playing in lakes in swimtrunks and stuff, "The Boy: A Photographic Essay" a "le artistic" book that contained some images of nude boys sitting on rocks and the like, "The Fourth Sex: Adolescent Extremes" which was a counter-cultural fashion book featuring adolescents, and "Cronos" which is a collection of nude images of people of a bunch of different ages from small children to old men in chronological order over the course of 10 years to show the passage of time.

None of it was pornographic or illegal, which is why it was deemed irrelevant and no charges related to any of it were brought up against him in both the 93 and 03 trials.

Not only that, but when they scrubbed the book's pages for Jackson's fingerprints they weren't present except for the ones they explicitly handed Jackson in court to examine, and there was no semen present on any of them. Most of them were gifts from other people that he apparently never even read, let alone jerked off to or showed to the boys that hung out with him.

The only actual pornography recovered from Jackson's home were normal porn magazines that had nothing to do with boys or children.

As for the semen found in Jacksons bed/underwear, it didn't match any of the accusers DNA and was instead linked to two or three completely separate people, with nothing to suggest any link to the case or criminal activity in general. I didn't say they're "not that bad", I said they weren't pornographic, which they aren't. I also said that Jackson's fingerprints weren't present on it's pages before the trial, which they weren't, and that it was a gift from a completely different person, which it was.
