When it comes to the whole topic of Michael Jackson acting like a child as a grown man because of trauma or abuse, that guy had millions of dollars. He should have gotten actual treatment for his issues instead of constantly hanging around little kids.

Michael Jackson always came off as a pedo to me. There's no way you can make sharing the bed with young boys something "normal" or "innocent".

Though what can one make out of the Jordan Chandler situation? Why do some people claim Jordan's father made up the whole thing for money?

That's a good point. Why wouldn't he just spend money on having his brain not be destroyed by getting beat as a child until he could sing good?

Had to dig up an old post of mine. I think the defense of "he had millions of dollars, that's why he got away with it" neglects the fact that most arrested pedophiles, even ones in high places, do not have a full staff. The man needed a personal doctor to help him sleep, for crying out loud. This staff included handlers, hangers-ons, and other people all involved in his life. They had motivation and personal interest to have Jackson prove his innocence non-guilt, but had he been convicted, ALL of these people would be opening themselves up to criminal and civil liabilities.

For Jackson to have gotten away with it, he had to have been a criminal mastermind who could elude the FBI, his staff, and the state's evidence, or have the staff be fully aware of it and create an elaborate cover-up that they were never allowed to be infiltrated, even after Jackson's death. This is all circumstantial but I think his acquittal relied on more than just "he had good lawyers, the state had bad witnesses".
 
Whether or not he successfully raped a child he was clearly a pedo. You don't have the interests he did and do the shit he did without not being a pedo. There is no non pedo who wants to hang around unrelated boys a lot and have them sleep over and share a bed. Like c'mon now.

It's better than just performing all the time when he had the money to actually get help for his problems. If he was, clearly he wasn't getting the right help then.

Plenty of abused people have gone on to not be inappropriate with children.

Once he hit 18, he bailed home, cut all ties with his family and never looked back.
Bar that, there're the hacked phone calls from his dad being all giddy happy about MJ "making his dreams come true". Strange thing to say in the context of your son being molested.

Personally I always found it weird, that all these kids, that had their hero Michael Jackson take them to Neverland ranch, and basically made their dreams come true, would eventually turn on him and slander him in the worst way, just to get money or attention.

He must've picked some really ungrateful kids. What an odd coincidence.

Also LaToya accused Michael and then for some reason took it back and said she was forced to say it.

I would argue that this is endemic to a lot of celebrities, even less messed-up people than Jackson, they don't really want to be better. All the celebrities crying about being a mental wreck, access and money to the best therapists in the world yet can't seem to find one that works for them. Howard Stern for instance talks about how therapy has "really helped him" yet he's still basically a shut-in with weird eccentricities. Either therapy has not helped him at all (if not made him worse), and if it is, it's only preventing him from being some Howard Hughes-like basketcase. It goes beyond mental health, too. There was a picture of "Elliott" Page in an ill-fitting tuxedo at some Hollywood event, looking a bit like a 12-year old boy borrowing his father's suit. But, Page has money, and there's no shortage of boutiques in the greater Los Angeles area that would be more than happy to fit the pooner for a tuxedo that fit properly. There's something pathological amongst celebrities where they either do not or cannot fix their issues.
