Is it possible to replace the scent pack, or is the bear too sentimental for you to try it?
The bear isn’t really that sentimental to me. I think that I would have to get inside of the bear to replace it though. I’d probably want to take it to BAB to see if they could replace it, with minimal destruction, but the closest one to me is about 3 hours away.

I also don’t know if it’s limited edition or not. It was on clearance when I bought it.

I have a birthday party themed teddy bear from the 80's that I picked out of a Goodwill bin when I was 3. It's somewhere in my attic, but I still have it. The little rattle it had inside of it broke a long time ago, the thing was well loved.

I have a bunch of stuffed animals of video game characters I like, like this little Mr. Saturn with a house.

I have a shark that is really good size to hold. kind of cool cause the tag said its made out of plastic bottles, that the whole brand uses recycled plastic from oceans, turned into fiber and made into different animals. really good shape and quality, probably the best sort of animal shaped toy

This thread reminds me of a birthday party I went to as a kid where the birthday girl got a stuffed dog that she was fucking hyped about. The boys learned something that day when we watched the girls rip the velcro pocket on the mother dog's belly open and pull out random puppies, having the time of their lives. I'm not sure what it was, but it was something.

How did I just see this?? I want!

Last night, I decided to finally figure out what to do with the mountain of stuffed animals I’d been keeping in my closet since I moved recently. Initially I didn’t want to put any of my cutesy stuff out in the open where people could see because I like the homey lil’ rustic setup I have going on and on the off-chance someone actually visits the mongoloid’s nadir, I wanted them to think I was at least somewhat mentally sound. Then I got stoned and had the time of my life putting all my little plush babies where they fit.

I now have Moominmama and a big non-Moomin mooseman on each side of the sofa, my Eeveelution bordering the sofa table, my Pikmin collection scattered around the house like a scavenger hunt, Daisy and Luigi holding hands on my dresser, a giant stuffie corner on my beanbag chair for the ones I couldn’t figure out what to do with, and absolutely zero chance of ever being taken seriously by anyone who attempts to know me better. Life is good.

You can find that Mr. Saturn plush on the Mother Hobonichi Project website, the shipping will probably be expensive because it comes from Japan.

I plan on doing this with my still-growing Pokémon Sitting Cuties plushies in the future if they're unable to have their own room to chill in. The wandering Legendaries like the Beasts and Lati@s duo will occasionally change places like a Pokémon elf on the shelf.

I recently bought a life sized baby seal plushie. It weighs almost 3 kg. It's one of the more expensive things I've bought recently and it's being shipped right now, but I can't wait to gently hold it.

As a kid, I used to have a white seal doll made out of this rubber-plastic material and had pokey whiskers. Some old man in the neighborhood was handing out plushies one Halloween, and that was what I was handed. I really liked it, though, I honestly miss it.

Having a life-sized seal pup plush sounds nice ngl.

I used to have lots of stuffed animals when I was younger and I would play crane games at the arcade every time I was on holiday. I gave almost all of them names.

I can't remember all of them, but I still fondly remember one in particular that I still own.
It was a teddy bear that I won from a crane game simply named 'Teddy.' It was light yellow and it had a purple jumper with a pink, chequered flower print on it. I think it was one of the only stuffed animals that I remember cuddling.

Other than that, I've got a few anime plushies and a relatively big pastel rainbow alpaca that I bought from a convention a couple years back.

I have a "flat bear" as I call it. It's like a 4-foot long bear plush that's flat. It kind of looks like a cutesy version of a bear rug. I use it as a pillow since I tend to sleep more comfortably with one under my chest.

Besides that I brought a few of my favorite ones with me when I moved out, and they sit on top of a bookshelf. I've got a really nice rabbit one, a fox, some large beanie baby dragons, and some "plague rats" a shop at the renn Faire I go to sells.

Lastly, I have some small plushies I made myself scattered around. I need to get back into making those.
