youtube Ads have reached rock bottom

i keep getting ads for yeast infection products despite being a man, is googles 'personalized reccomendation algorithm' retarded or does it just not exist? it feels like companies just buy an ad slot and then the ad shows up,
 
on my desktop i use ublock origin with a host file on the OS and I never get any ads from youtube.

on android OS i use revanced (the spiritual successor of vanced) to patch the youtube app and don't get any youtube ads and it will play videos with the screen off as if i had youtube premium.

And even when they show real ads like Red Bull, they make no fucking sense. Like genuinely someone invested 6 figures into this ad campaign and it either has a typo or makes no sense.

Premise: Red Bull gives you wings. A woman on the docks waving off an explorer; "the world is flat! Take this in case so you can fly!". Instead, the dude goes "the earth is round babe!". "Oh.. uh.......... take this in case." end. Fucking what? I miss when marketing was about charismatic guys in suits shaking hands and driving around to printing presses.
