Rogue claims to have worked on the hot coffee mod for GTA SA. This is unlikely because he was only 12-13 at most at the time.

He claims to have worked on the net code for gta v and rdr2, his name is in no credits for rockstar games, or any game for that matter. He has knowledge of their backend so I can’t completely discredit his claims.
