Imagine if current fence sitting Tom made a video on Shadman. His video would be like: "Shadman isn't a pedophile but the stuff he draws is very weird". It's ironic back when he had 200k and doing the videos himself, he used to do better content and actually had passion for it. Current Tom only pumps out soulless garbage for a quick buck. Current Tom is at that point most youtubers get to where they are sick of the bread and butter content and want to move onto anything else but know if they do they will completely lose their current gravy train. He clearly wants to do IRL content and more Sam Hyde-esq stuff but knows that isn't a draw at all. Its probably why he is doing 11+ hour live streams to sell us on his personality and trying to get Destiny style Orbiters. I wish he would try and skinwalk better people. From Mister Metkour to Destiny/Sam Hyde kind of a downgrade

OK I’m just curious were would you guys consider when Tom was at his best? Because, in my personal opinion he used to be a lot worse back then when he was a teen trying too hard to be edgy, I think his recent videos have been more interesting overall, hit or miss as they may be.
I agree him trying to ape Destiny is pretty cringe though, like that guy is literally a cuck.

He was probably at his best when he came back from hiatus following the botched Pyrocynical investigation. He was also good around the time he started doing the Losers, Creeps, Pedos format (although he was using a "team" at that point, so how much he actually made is no longer knowable).
He fell off hard when he started focusing so much on "drama of the day" slop on TomDark (I want to say this was around the time InternetAjay left the Internet). Then he covered up Sodacat being an active pedophile and really sold his soul.

I like that 2018/9-2021 era of content the most. His Youtube Sponsors video is still my favorite (and the Marvel, Jello Apocalypse, and Mumkey Jones vids were good too). The only modernish vid I still rewatch is the Ajay vid because it was the most similar to that era. I miss having funny/entertaining Tom vids. There are a million channels that do retrospective content, if I wanted a documentary esc video with a deadpan voice and occasional jokes that fall flat I would watch those guys instead. I liked his videos when it was funny pretty much the entire way through, covering the situation and making arguments in a humorous way. That's probably why I enjoy his videos with Brandon the most out of his current content. It has a bit of that vibe.
When he switched to doing only serious documentary/retrospective content on the main channel I wasnt too concerned because he was doing more fun "classic commentary" vids on Tom Dark. It was two seperate channels to host the two seperate directions his channel was evolving towards, and that seemed like a smart choice. But then Tom Dark turned into a video dump and the main channel vids become more and more stale.

Funny how Tom was talking about edge making a comeback a while ago, yet the fact he's making his newer videos non-opiniated and completely bland nullify any points he was making in that video. Regardless of the proof, tom trying his hardest to paint twomads death as something sad, and that him being smeared online is somehow a great injustice to his legacy. He is being a spineless cuck about it, making moral grandstands about a literal drug addict that died as he lived, miserably.
Why with twomad, of all people? I dont know either. It could be the fact that he had some deeper connection to it (admired twomad, who gave him an interview, and trying to dig more info on the situation from minx of all people), but my cynical opinion is that he is just trying to garner more sympathy to not fall from the algorithms graces, since he is making a big push to be more marketeable.

When Turkey Tom talked about the Twomad situation on AugieRFC's stream immediately after the news first broke, he was riding hard for Twomad even when everyone else was calling him a disgusting freak. Tom was even defending the comedy value of Twomad's garbage content when everyone else was talking about the fresh allegations. When Twomad joined onto the call, Tom was giving him advice and shit while everyone else treated him like a lolcow. I can only find a clip of the stream with a cursory search:

I don't think they were "friends" per se (judging by how distant their conversations seemed), but Tom, due to his zoomer sense of humor, was definitely a big fan of TwoMad's brand of comedy and ADHD style of editing.
