About an hour into this stream, we've got Kai acting like a quack.

Funny how Kai kept saying John was Squawking... Yet he kept on going on about "What's your law qualifications?"

Last time I checked Kai shouldn't be talking - He ain't got no law degree.

Damn, I'm siding with John Swan on this one (never thought I'd say that again lmao). Kai Weiss went in there trying to avoid the argument, not address it.

I'll re-explain the situation: Akumu (some rando, not art commentary) raided Kai Weiss's stream chat. Kai Weiss, affronted by this obvious racist hate crime, made a video EXPOSING Akumu. Akumu responded, and Kai copyright struck his response like a bitch. Kai (and his friend Omnia) both argued that since at one point in Akumu's video there were four minutes of Kai's video with no editing, and that since 40% of the video was clips from Kai's video, and that since YouTube's ContentID system picked up Kai's video within Akumu's video, that the video wasn't fair use.

John pointed out in the first hour of his stream that, even though none of this has any say in whether or not the video was fair use (Kai's video was 14 minutes, Akumu's was 40), that Kai has actually made a video that is 40% someone else's video, and has included four straight minutes of someone else's video, and has previously criticized someone for including too little of his video in a response ("withholding context"), something that Akumu has stated he was trying to avoid.

Kai joins (without having watched any of the previous hour of John's stream, during which John outlined his actual points), and immediately, this happens:

"Why is Omnia in the thumbnail?"
"Because I disagreed with her take like I did yours."
"So she's included because she was agreeing with me?"
??? Yes? What is this faggy shit trying to insinuate that this is personal? She agreed with your dumbass take, and can thus be called a dumbass. Like you.

"Can you prove that what I did was illegal?"
"No, that's for a court to decide."
"Then why are you saying you think what I did is illegal?"
"Because I think what you did would be ruled illegal in court."
"But can you prove..."
I don't even know or care if Kai is gay, but he definitely came into this thinking he could fag his way out of this situation.

"No, but I've personally studied copyright law for five years."
"How can you criticize me if you're not a lawyer?"

It should be noted that throughout this entire garbage fire, Kai was talking over John as he was trying to explain his issues with Kai, and John was the one to ultimately hang up, saying that Kai was the most intellectually dishonest person he'd ever had the displeasure of speaking to, and that he hoped people saw Kai's behavior on the stream and saw how much of a disingenuous person he is.

While I'll no doubt laugh at the memes people make of John going "Kai, would you shut the fuck up for one second?", I probably would perform similarly in a call with an art commentator. God, those people are such cunts.

i remember when creepshowart used them as the example of why hopelesspeaches is 'racist' and none of them refuted that. they just let shannon join the dogpile against peaches because they were beefing with peaches, even if it was an utter bullshit claim and had no fucking relevance to their gay slapfight. they only VAGUELY addressed shannon used them for bullshit claims and ONLY when shannon was outed for her spergery, and didn't even specify or name peaches as the victim of such slander because they are that fucking petty.

Good summary, only nitpick is that I think Kai and Omnia are dating. Either that or Kai has gotten to the point where he's so whipped by Omnia that she's got him on a leash.

I knew that John swan was going to be all over this when it happened since it deals with copyright stuff. His channel basically blew up woth the Suzy Lu stuff and the technicalities over copyright.

Madame is a cancelled youtuber from like 2 years ago, basic leafy clone. There's a bunch of videos about it.
I specifically remember him because of how spergy he was on twitter. He would tweet out a bunch of edgy shit, then get banned, then make more accounts. He would spend hours on twitter responding to everyone who @ him. Weird little guy lol.

most people within the tea sphere agree that akumu is a piece of shit, and from what i have seen he comes off as an utter tard. these posts confirm it, as only a fucking crayon eater would simp for someone like madame rofl
that honestly makes it even funnier that he was the catalyst that sent kai into meltdown mode. akumu is an easy target to get a GOTCHA on without being a total karen and copystriking.

when i was watching the debate you could hear omnia shouting things in the background in response to john literally RIGHT at the same part of johnswan saying omnia also had things to say about this which justified using her image in thumbnails. guaranteed kai's balls are in omnia's purse, they even both refer to themselves as 'partner' instead of bf and gf in their videos.

I hate all community commentary accounts. However, the ones I hate the most are the furry/anime/hyperwoke ones. Edgy ones are horrible, however I cant take a video seriously when it's a monotonic 15 year old who tries to sound smart by being passive aggressive. They're all pretentious or either the embodiment of over sensitive moralfag.

On a side note, I don't have any sympathy for Kai, and by extension Omnia, they're people who've taken EVERY opportunity to play the race card when it was beneficial for them, like when Creepshowart proclaimed that Hopeless Peaches was acting racist towards them, they sure as hell didn't step up to correct it - They cheered it on.
