YouTube investigating conservative commentator Steven Crowder - Holy Shit. National News.

It tricks people into thinking that their decision was thorough and thought out.

It isn't very convincing when you already know from the outset what the outcome is going to be, where they obviously decided what they were going to do in advance and then had a sham "investigation" to put a fig leaf over it, legally or otherwise.

I just thought of something after looking through some stuff on Youtube... how does Maza justify that Youtube is a platform of bigotry and hatred? Both Jeffree Star and James Charles have 15 million subs each with, from an eyeball glance, an average of around 10 million views per video. Crowder has only 3 million subscribers and his videos can barely break 500,000 views with some exceptions. How the fuck can he even justify through numbers that Crowder is their "ideal user?"

Also, looking even further, Vox has more subscribers to the tune of 6 million, and their videos regularly get featured on trending and break a million views. How the hell does Maza justify that Crowder has more influence on Youtube compared to Vox?

I wonder if that guy honestly believes that he isn't a lispy queer?

So ok, you're a real die hard lefty, and you admit all you really want is to see the world burn. You guys literally are a death cult. Why do you push your miserable idiotic ideology then?

The only joy you find is destroying things of value, just like people claim about socialists. You don't want to lift anyone up, you want to bring everyone down to your shitty level.
I'm not sure how you managed to fit all those assumptions topped with a healthy dose of projection into one post but congrats. All I said was Crowder getting deplatformed would be hilarious and suddenly I'm Thanos. Do I really push your buttons that bad, Corby?

Do his nipples look odd at anyone else? Maybe just out of shape? He does seem doughy, but still. I can find no topless photos of him.

Here he is trying to sell the idea that deplatforming and silencing wrongthinkers is virtuous:

We're trained to believe that good journalism is "neutral" -- it doesn't try to tell people what to think or who to believe. But what if this approach to journalism is making it harder for us to understand the difference between right and wrong, good and evil? Media critic Carlos Maza explains how the "fair and balanced" approach to news makes it harder for audiences to differentiate between good and bad information, and may ultimately normalize extreme and even hateful political positions. Maza draws on examples from media coverage of a range of recent controversies, including the debates over climate change, vaccines, and immigration, to argue that good journalism requires bias -- the editorial courage to say "no" to certain perspectives and viewpoints. Maza's talk is a culmination of years of research and writing he's done creating his media literacy video series "Strikethrough," which he produces for Vox.com.

He's getting eviscerated in the comments. If he thought anyone outside of his loony media echo chamber would rush to his side he is very wrong. He has officially become the posterfag for lunatics SJWs.

What has changed? You haven't gone after @scrowder like this before. Is it due to Vox failing? Or are you trying to promote yourself in preparation for the day which the bottom finally drops out of Vox? This does seem to be clever self-promotion on your part, though.

(cw: graphic racist imagery) in addition to homophobic harassment, crowder and his sidekicks have done multiple sketches in yellowface and blackface. these youtube videos are still up, one of them has over 1 million views. this is the world @youtube promotes

Also... he is still going on and on about this on his Twitter! Crazy Carlos Maza will be anointed cowhood in the future, I can feel it.

Could you shut the fuck up, furfag? You are still admitting to being the kind of short-sighted buffoon who would want people to be deplatformed as long as it's people he doesn't like.

Carlos Maza is throwing a massive temper tantrum over mean things said about him over the internet. I think he's a lolcow worthy of his own page at this point in my opinion.

I see a wondrous careercow (or possibly dramacow) on the horizon. Who's going to make the thread and get it past proving grounds?

I could do it myself, but we need a lot of shit to fill the OP to make it convincing.
