YouTube trending feature videos are out of control - Grinding those perverts' views

Take this as a rant/opinion because I know that is no secret that a lot of YouTube content is catered towards perverts, coomers, and paedophiles, but recently I've been getting sick of some of the trending videos, which are blatantly posted as lewd content because you can see the effect it has on a lot of the commenters (and the thumbnail they use as bait), but what's also important here is that some of these have minors in them.

And this can appear in your feed by default, logged out, no cookies, no history, no recommended based on what you watched, but simply because of the sheer amount of views & comments they get, which makes them trending and prioritized to show to anyone (specially if you have no watch history, so no other content will take its place); what time of the day also may take a role.

I've noticed that these "boys vs girls" wrestling trending videos now appear more than ever, the one on the left for today, but the one on the right has been featured for some time, and I'm sick of it:

This is paedophile catered content, and you cannot opt out of this shit, luckily what you can do is to start watching other videos or whatever you were going to watch to fill your watchlist, so that YouTube hopefully takes a hint and starts recommending you pertinent stuff.

The problem is that you see this with 14 million views, and you know why and the type of people that watch this, and of course that this is open for minors that browse YouTube as well, with sexually charged/suggestive comments in stuff like this, how's that making YT better for kids going?

I'm not even going to comment on the "yoga" content that's trending as well (why isn't that labeled as adult content?), freaking coomers ruin everything. Like what is this crap?

These idiots can barely manage their site with the amount of pornbots they have, but straight up content now, it's like the pornographic "talking" section on Twitch.

I've been in a war on my youtube account blocking channels. Sad thing is to block shorts you still have to view it and contribute before you can block the channel. The thirst trap stuff is obnoxious but i've seen crazy shit in shorts like animal chiropractors putting cats and dogs into head locks and twisting their shit.

Facebook/Instagram allows breastfeeding videos so women will upload clearly sexual content but have either a real child or a babydoll latched on and its one of the most repulsive things I've ever seen and nothing happens to these accounts
Like these tiktok style shorts aren't brain rot enough
JewTube's algorithm feeds you stuff it thinks you want to watch based on your viewing history. If your feed's full of pedo goon material, that's probably because you act like a pedo gooner.
Like OP said they show you this shit by default even if logged out.

I’ve noticed the opposite, recently when you access YouTube without an account it defaults to two bubbles - login or YouTube kids guestmode. Used to take you straight to guest mode for adults, now it forces an extra click to a tiny icon below to access regular guest mode. Seems it happened within the last couple of weeks. I’ve not noticed any of the gooner stuff in my feed, but it’s insidious what kind of stuff sneaks by on kids YouTube.

Is anybody gonna tell him that Youtube caters it's features to what you click on? I've never gotten yoga smut and CPbait. Only videogames, movies, podcasts, etc.

Seems like you may need to explain something to the class, @We Are The Witches
They've already pointed out that you should be able to read in a text-based forum.

When people don't get recommended this stuff, and they do for their favourite music, or their political streams, or whatever it may be, it's because YT keeps track of what you watched, which is one of the things I point out as well, that in order to not see this anymore, you may fill your watchlist with such content (what you like: music, gaming, etc).

Now when logged out, without cookies, without history, etc, on a fresh browser, what is recommended to you includes trending content, which are these videos I'm talking about, and you can see how the point stands since their high viewcount (on the millions, as you can see), is in part due to them being on trending. Which is shown to general/not personalized users, which is one of the problems I'm highlighting.

I can't say this in a more concise, easy to understand way. If you're not going to attempt to understand what is being said to you, I cannot help you any longer.

>OP specifically mentions this as a general problem that affects base youtube and youtube shorts.
>OP specifically mentions that being logged in and curating your algorithm "fixes" (hides) this problem.
>Every other reply is someone blatantly ignoring these pieces of information.

Christ all mighty reading comprehension really is plummeting.

I don't use a jewgle account and i wipe my browser clean every so and then. Still, never any pedo/gooner shit appeared to me. Seems like OP's problem.

It's been a while since I've looked at the default recommendations, probably back when my main account was banned in 2020 leading up to the election, YouTube apparently didn't appreciate my politics. I don't remember seeing yoga or wrestling stuff, but lots of makeup and ballerina and Mr. Beast suggestions. The ballerina videos were kinda sus, but certainly weren't as suggestive as those, they don't even seem to be trying to hide the intent there.

Anyway, maybe the way they've handled the algorithm has gotten worse in the last 5 years? And why the hell would boys and girls be wrestling anyway, is that actually a thing or just some underground scummy shit?

It is almost like this forum is full of redditards in denial or something.
