Ones I can think of right now: MyChonny, Peanut Butter Gamer, Maximilian Dood, The Main Man SWE, and Count Dankula. They'd probably be at least pleasant to hang out with, to say one positive quality about them.

Mrgstar321. Love this guy, he makes very casual videos playing all sorts of fighting/classic games and his commentary is fantastic; Very funny rants, straight to the point and often gives you useful tips.
I namely watch him for his MK vids so I'll link one here:

He's very honest and can admit fault or when his opinions change which I admire in a person. He reminds me of what yt was like before it started to be a job for people who just make "content".
