YouTubers with tolerable voices?

I like to put on YouTube videos while cooking, cleaning, crafting, whatever. I'll admit to being a loser who enjoys things like Top 10/20/etc. lists. I also like analysis/explanation of creepy phenomena such as cults, urban legends, Internet urban legends, all that nonsense.

But every single intriguing channel I find is plagued by some asshat with unbearable autism voice. It's like listening to Chris Chan with a lower pitch. They sound like their nose is stuffed, it's monotone or repetitively metered as hell, at least one consonant sound is mangled, and they drop or extend the last syllable of every sentence. I can't really describe it well, but it's like vocal fry - once you recognize it, you hear it everywhere.

Blameitonjorge and That Creepy Reading keep showing up in my recommendations but sound just unbearably autistic. Sometimes their voice is not as bad, so it's tolerable (Nexpo/Nightmare Expo, TheGamerFromMars) but can still grate on me. It's not as noticeable to me in women's voices, or if I notice it it often isn't as big a deal. Down The Rabbit Hole is an example of someone who has the content I like, without making me feel like I'm sitting in a middle school anime club.

I get that part of the problem is the kind of content I listen to/watch (how autistic are categorical lists and minute analysis?) but there just must be a few good channels out there with intriguing content that don't sound like Chris Chan. I can only re-listen to Nick Rekieta's Greerstreams so many times.

I can't think of any "scary top ten" YouTubers that don't have a voice like that, unfortunately. Good thing it doesn't bother me.

Binging with Babish and Nightmind have voices that are at least good to listen to in the background even if you don't like their content.

I liked Nightmind's video about the alternate DHMIS interpretation. But he extends his syllables at the ends of sentences a little too much. I've heard good things about Binging With Babish!

Fredrik Knudsen of Down the Rabbit Hole. His voice can make anything interesting.

I mentioned him in the OP, I love his content. I think I've watched all of his videos at least three times. Learned a lot about several interesting topics from him, and 9 year old Polexia was really happy that he did a video about Neopets explaining why her favorite site went to shit.

wqqqqwrt has a voice that matches his name

Can't decide whether this guy is legit or doing a character Liquid-style.

I don't know how you'll find him but I often enjoy Punished Creepswork's narration of random shit he offers up. Mostly it's greentext stories but sometimes he branches out. Here is him reading the Call of Cthulu story:

Jim Can't Swim, the guy behind The Most Compelling Police Interrogations, has a good voice that's frequently complimented on in the comments. He doesn't talk a lot in the videos, but when he does he's really informative and to the point.
I’m surprised you didn’t mention Chills as the worst offender.
I'd never heard of him until now. But dear GOD.
I couldn't stand his voice when I first heard it, but after a while you get used to it. In his 2 million subscriber livestream, he explains why he talks like that. Turns out that's just how he sounds. That's his actual voice. Seriously.

Whaaa? You mean this guy isn't everyone's favourite?

Jokes aside, this guy has such an easily imitated monotonous drawl, his inflections are almost too stereotypical and seemingly overdone to be true. He makes great fodder for impressions since his voice is easy to imitate (just act as if you've been battered upside the head half a dozen times by your inbred stepdad with a steel bat and slow your voice down to a drawl)

I apologise for not offering much in the way of genuinely contributing to this thread but I suppose 'That Creepy Reading' and 'Vintage Files' aren't so rough on the old lugholes, though I've not heard too much of their stuff.

For crime, LordanArts is pretty decent at covering murder/missing cases in depth.

PoliceActivity covers police body cam footage and appropriate/inappropriate cop behaviour during often fatal confrontations.

KreepyKhaos has narrated videos (narrated by King Texas) that cover graphic cases (murder/double-homicide etc...) - with 911 calls and narrated background story/news stories.

Nightmind is great for internet based mysteries and video series.

Not sure if any of these are helpful but I enjoy listening, reading up on and exploring mysteries, urban legends and horror too - there are too mamy dull-voiced duppers covering these topics. It sucks having to nope out on interesting topics due to unbearable voices/cheesy music.

Unfortunately, NightMind is a furry so I cannot get too attached to him because he might be a dogfucker or condones dogfucking.
I mean you can always separate the creator from their creations as Nightmind never brings up his furry beliefs in his videos except for his video where he talked about another furry.
