Zelda 64's source code is now decompiled - The Ocarina of C++

I would pay good money for OoT modified to keep that fucking Navi from going off every two minutes. Improving the visuals would be nice but still not as important as that.

Just pretend she's autistic. Please have patience.

A PC port with improved visuals would be pretty sweet.

Or a fangame imagining what Ura Zelda could have been like.

Also, did they find any deep secrets, like the unicorn fountain?

This post is really funny if you imagine it's actually really is James Ellroy talking about N64 games.

I'd like them to add those realistic looking caves from the data found on that F Zero beta cart. They had all these narrow twisted parts where it looked like Link could be lost forever. Just like a real, unlucky spelunker.

Nintendo can't do shit, since its doesn't contained any of their propritary info. You still need a legit rom of the game to compile it properly.

Edit: I guess they could pull a Rockstar and take it down, but the full source code is out there now and can be reposted on other gits.

Is source code going to be decompiled for Banjo Kazooie next?
Who knows? I know one for Perfect Dark is being worked on. At like 57% currently.
