He never said how much he had to pay. Eventually all he said was that "all told" it cost him "close to $10K", but included in that amount is all the money he paid his Serious Adult Tax Attorney.
He likely owed between $4K to $5K for the time period he wasn't paying. He never mentioned if he actually had to pay any late fees, he just bitched a lot that they might exist as part of his e-begging narrative.
He likely paid 50% to 100% more than he actually owed in state B&O backtaxes making his Serious Adult Tax Attorney deal with it for him. Phil says he keeps this guy on retainer so likely when Phil contacted him Phil had to send him thousands of dollars to get taken on as a permanent client.
Why does Phil need this? Because he's a scared little bitch who can't talk to the state B&O Tax office on the phone and because he's a delusional narcissist who needs to be able to blame someone else if he fucks up his taxes again.

The Burger King thing is so god damn funny because he talks about how obsessive everyone else is over actual shitty things he has done and yet here he is counting the days waiting for his public apology from Burger King over a chicken sandwich. Same thing with the Karl meme shit that happened recently, he has to have his way or it's just not going to happen at all. Everything Phil does proves that he is his own biggest detractor, actively killing his own community by banning members just because they participated in what was mainly a harmless meme and then he'll complain about channel growth and the algorithm fucking him over. Phil may not produce a lot of milk like some cows, but you know he's always eventually going to punch himself in the face and then get confused when it hurts.

So “customer service” is when a business loses money dealing with you, and some poor delivery driver has to spend their time driving back and forth to Fort Snort, instead of dealing with three other customers who might have tipped him properly. Good to know!

I've heard him use this before and explain it. He rationalized that it's the most important moment in a detractor's life but just another day to him, completely missing the point of what Bison actually meant. I'm pretty sure he's used it on the GET A JOB DSP sign in an instagram post somewhere as well. Surprise, he's a fucking idiot who doesn't understand expressions and keeps repeating himself.

He is trying to say that, even though this event was special enough for the guy to tweet about, for him it was nothing special.
And what Phil obviously fails to understand is that the day wasn't "special" for the guy because of Phil getting roasted. It was just a funny coincidence to him and he mentioned it.

Why do I have the feeling that Kat hated the fact that Phil took her to BK for her birthday and ended up crying because she felt miserable? When Phil asked her what was wrong, she probably used the food as an excuse because she didn't want to spend the rest of her birthday listening to all the reasons why the detractors prevent him from taking her anywhere nice or buying her a nice present.
