I think it's just an Education Certificate. It's not like a Professional License that can be suspended. On the topic of theoretically collecting lawyer fees from Russ: if Russ is currently employed, I theorize that won't last much longer. People he's worked with before have talked about how he couldn't keep his private baggage separate from his job. He'd talk about hookers, he'd sperg about his legal cases, etc. Right now, he's suffered emotional blow after emotional blow, without his usual online forums to vent his rage. He has no positive coping skills, so if he's working, he's definitely bringing his wounded narc aura with him. Even if it's work over the computer, the sheer energy he's got to be devoting to nursing his grievances has got to be affecting the volume and quality of his work.

Would a judge's recommendation to pursue legal fees haunt Russhole in any of his future legal filings? Again, I know nothing about the legal system. But it just seems like that's coded judge language for "If this motherfucker files one more lawsuit, make damn sure he gets labeled a vexatious litigant."

Warning about sanctioning pro se litigant, or warning said litigant about possible fees, is a subtle warning that if he keeps on annoying, and abusing, the court system, he can be hit with some sort of pre-filing injuction. Mind you, pissing off the court so much is pretty hard
