The thing about being committed to a mental health facility is that these stays can be indefinite. You have to show signs of getting better and I don't think Chris can summon his Rollin' and Trollin' personality again to even fake it. He's too far gone. He'll probably get suffocated under a pillow because he lacks the strength to throw a drinking fountain through a window.

Yes, he absolutely will. There is no question about it.
The judge, the sheriff his lawyer his case worker, they will all tell him he can not go back. He will say he understands and tha t he will not go back. Then he leaves the courthouse/prison/jail/caseworkers office/... and he immediately goes straight back.

And they will have to come pick him up and lock him up again.


EDIT: also, all the people that think he will go to some assisted living house with a bunch of other tards. Come on. It will take 5 minutes, one of the other tards will touch or start playing with one of chris toys and he will completely sped out and likely become violent.

Ultimately, the problem boils down to Chris being troublesome enough that no place would want to contain him, he's not violent enough to warrant incarceration on the level of hardened criminals...

...but release him back into the world, he's going to beeline for 14BC and Barb, because that's literally all he knows as a safe haven, sex offender registry be damned. Hell, even if Barb dies and 14BC is razed to the ground and reduced to just an empty lot, Chris will still go back there because he literally doesn't have anywhere else to go.

It really is quite a problem without a definite solution. Short of incarceration in a mental ward for life.
