I don't expect anything to get updated at night, but that doesn't stop me from checking and rechecking the PA courts page. I don't know if anyone broke down his docket number before. It isn't anything special, but if you're interested:

Len’s docket number is CP-46-CP-06-CR-0005930-2015
CP is Common Pleas.
46 is the code for Montgomery County (they were just put in alphabetical order and then numbered).
CR is Criminal (JV is juvenile; DP is dependence – neither of which are public) (someday, civil will be on and be CV).
0005930 is the sequential number for that year.
2015 is the year the paperwork comes in (arrest could be made late 2014 but then have a low 2015 number).

Shaner is not under a gag order most likely. After the August 10th trial Hy apparently told Len to keep quiet and we all know how that went for him... Shaner will start talking again soon once his tardrage starts building up, just give him some time.

I can see how someone would be hesitant to reveal too much information, & we all know Len will take the tiniest bit of "evidence" & run with it.

I agree with Boldyspicy. I wouldn't worry about it. They're so stupid they can't help being obvious. If he's only borderline suspicious, he's probably fine.

I'm gonna believe Lenny only because it's more fun to imagine him coming in all high and mighty and thinking that he won jack shit when he didn't. I'm still in denial about him not even showing up.

If an attorney, that is, someone other than Shaner had filed this, it would indicate so.

Has Hy bailed from this shit show?

Did he, perhaps, actually read the information about Shaner available on the Internet by Shaner's own actions and realize, perhaps, that Shaner had misrepresented the situation a wee bit?

As @Saul Goodman has pointed out in the past, it's not generally ethical just to ditch a client (although you can limit your representation up front to something like "I'll do the preliminary but you have to find someone else for trial" or the like). However, if the case turns out to be something entirely different than you were led to believe, that's reasonable cause. Or if the client won't take your advice.

Anyway, Mayerson is not listed as counsel of record, after a procedurally significant event, and is not listed as the person who filed the waiver of appearance.

I'm going to call it tentatively that he is not currently involved.

I'm trying to avoid speculation on the proceedings because we've been proven wrong plenty of times.

I don't blame anyone here for that, though. I blame the horrendously abysmal bookkeeping we've been witnessing so far. We wouldn't have had dozens of pages of "Hy's not going to represent you!" and "What is Shaner's real age?" if they updated the docket sheet. You'd think it would be easier with such a small district.

There are so many instances of Lenny's photography theft, they're tough to keep track of. It wouldn't surprise me if every single one of his photos that aren't of children are ripped off from someone else. One of our trusted informants on here told us about how Lenny showed them a picture of a college girl, telling them he's the photographer who took that photo. Our informant went through his friends list and sure enough, the profile of the college girl was found. A message was sent to her, asking if she knew Lenny and she'd said she never even met him, promptly unfriending him. I don't know how or why some of these gals even accept his friend requests or how he finds them in the first place.

I always used the rule of thumb that if the composition is shit and there looks like there's a nasty purplish filter on it, it's likely Len's photo. If it has any competence whatsoever, then it definitely isn't Shaner's.
