That entire thread is a hilarious self-own that tacitly admits that actually changing an individual's biological sex is completely impossible with medical science that we have today. Yet troons act as if we have the holy grail of biology, can alter ourselves at will and noone can tell the difference.

Yeah, if you take literally everything that makes a thing X and somehow swap it for things to make it a Y, it's suddenly Y instead of X! It’s not just body mass and growth, hair follicles will also change in response to male hormones, from vellum hair to terminal/androgenic hair and never change back. Vellum hair is the soft downy hair people naturally have all over their bodies, terminal/androgenic (note the name) hair is the thicker wiry stuff adult men develop (women get some as well, but usually not to the same extent).

This is also why FTMs are usually more screwed when it comes to detransition than MTFs (assuming no surgery), because they cannot reverse the growth or the new voice or new hair. MTFs will ignore this and actively lie about all hormones being reversible, because they don’t care about FTMs and will throw them under the bus for the sake of their coom.

It's funny they claim that for GCs sex is "the essence" or "soul" when it's their own argument. And what they're discussing is pointless. We don't need to ask whether a man that was "molacularly" (miraculously) changed into a woman is still a man for TERFs, because it's not happening.
