I mean isn't Jesus god and therefore his own son?
Not really? It's kinda like saying someone's hand or clone is truely that person. They are the same person, but they are undeniably different in their knowledge and actions
he'll suck a mile of fucking dicks
Tbf he wouldn't have much of a problem doing that either way

He's usually in private practice for lots of money. He's not some overworked, underpaid schlub.

Agreed as to such a defense actually working, but there are reasons for advancing an argument that do not necessarily rely on it having much likelihood of success. Whether or not it is in the form of an actual insanity defense, it is very likely that the defense and prosecution will both enter psychiatric evidence.

Where it is more likely to have actual impact is at sentencing.

With the latest "Jesus" development, though, it has become more of a minefield, as that is so stereotypically fake insanity it could actually turn the jury against him even further.

And refractory, i.e. otherwise untreatable depression. It is not the shit you saw in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest any more, but it's still generally unpleasant with bad side effects like memory loss. It's quite rare for it to be recommended and it is generally only for otherwise untreatable cases.

It would not be used for autism or goofy beliefs or just being a complete asshole. Autism is a developmental disorder and once you've developed, you're fucked for life. Autists also sometimes degenerate in middle age and can lose whatever coping skills they've learned.

That diagnosis has been abolished. It's now all Autism Spectrum Disorder.

I recommend the Ludovico technique.

But with ponies and Sonic.

Ordinarily out of court statements are inadmissible but this is a voluntary statement made by Chris that is adverse to his interests, so it is admissible. Admissions of guilt are so contrary to the interests of the person making them that they are seen as reliable, i.e. nobody would say such things unless they were true.

He'd seethe but he'd do it. He let Bell call him an "adult autistic child" even if he didn't like it, because it kept him out of jail. If he's facing life in prison he'll suck a mile of fucking dicks to get out of it. That doesn't mean Heilberg will recommend that of course, but psychiatric evidence is definitely coming in and he isn't going to like any of it.
Will the psychiatric forensic evidence be introduced in court where everyone can hear or will the judge be the only one privy to this info? Anyway, from everything I've seen Chris has to at least have a delusional disorder mixed with a personality disorder. I wonder if he can finally get masochistic personality disorder the attention it deserves in the DSMV.

A) A pervasive pattern of self-defeating behavior, beginning by early adulthood and present in a variety of contexts. The person may often avoid or undermine pleasurable experiences, be drawn to situations or relationships in which they will suffer, and prevent others from helping them, as indicated by at least five of the following:
  1. chooses people and situations that lead to disappointment, failure, or mistreatment even when better options are clearly available
  2. rejects or makes ineffective the attempts of others to help them
  3. following positive personal events (e.g., new achievement), responds with depression, guilt, or a behavior that produces pain (e.g., an accident)
  4. incites angry or rejecting responses from others and then feels hurt, defeated, or humiliated (e.g., makes fun of spouse in public, provoking an angry retort, then feels devastated)
  5. rejects opportunities for pleasure, or is reluctant to acknowledge enjoying themselves (despite having adequate social skills and the capacity for pleasure)
  6. fails to accomplish tasks crucial to their personal objectives despite having demonstrated ability to do so (e.g., helps fellow students write papers, but is unable to write their own)
  7. is uninterested in or rejects people who consistently treat them well
  8. engages in excessive self-sacrifice that is unsolicited by the intended recipients of the sacrifice
  9. The person may often avoid or undermine pleasurable experiences [...]
Nobody has ever entertained this possibility, but it could accurate for Chris.

Well, Chris always vowed to defeat the spergies. Haha I think it’s hilarious that he resented people with Aspergers, like they were the jock chads of the autism spectrum. Like “ooh look at Mr. I Can Recognize Facial Expressions Easily over here..”
I want Chris to got an all autistic prom where people on his level of autism as well as people with Asperger's are attending. I want him to dress up in a white prom dress because Rex Stephens, head of the football team, who has Asperger's asked him to go. I want Chris to win prom queen and have a bucket of Fanta syrup dumped on him while the audience yells, "Haha, You stupid fat tranny". Then Chris summons his telekinetic powers, but they backfire forcing him to shit himself.

Momma did say they’d laugh at his dirty pillows.

it would turn out that he was rollin and trollin the entire time and all of this had been a test to judge humanities compassion towards those with obvious mental deficiencies.
This but unironically except for the last part which is absolutely extremely ironic

Chris lives in the present. He does not understand concepts like linear time or how an action can have a reaction.
He may have some abstract understanding of how a sequence of events may be interlinked and one event leads to another
but he has no mental capability to understand it applies to him or his actions.
You literally just made the best possible argument as to why Chris should get off. Historically speaking, "My client is literally incapable of understanding the concept of actions having consequences" has been a pretty effective defense. Like it or not, the American justice system isn't too keen on punishing people who literally cannot understand that they're doing anything wrong.

pretty autistic to think that chris thought that he wasn't doing anything wrong when he was actively hiding it from null and other people pretending it was some older woman because he knew that incest was wrong and that he'd get into a shit ton of trouble for it

He lied, lied, and stole, then lied some more, That's why boss severed all ties with the big tard except maybe accepting this letter from jail. What really amazes me is that he has the audacity to blame null for this because he reported the theft to authorities. He acted like a kindergartner angry because a classmate tattletaled on him and got him in trouble.

Boss would have been on the hook if he knew what was going on and said nothing, and between constant DDOs attacked and allegations we caused buuy to off himself, he couldn't afford the heat.

If anything the way Chris has acted through all this with that smug, petty, arrogance has cost him dearly. He bragged to ILJ about it thinking it's what got her fungal toes to curl, He tried to covertly brag about it to null, then as the shit hit the fan he couldn't swallow his pride for one day, and camp in his van after loading up on canned food and drinks from Walmart with his last 50 buck till either patreon or his tardbux cleared. No no no the all powerful cpu goddess now messiah reborn has to have only the finest accommodations! no less! By which i mean a roach motel probably chocked full of hookers and heroin deals.

I don't think he believes it's wrong, he knew it's embarassing to admit it. He can't tell to Null because everything he says will be public; but he can tell to Bella, a secret from sister to sister... until the leaks.

Is Chris gonna try to jam pens through his palms now? Can't be Heyzeus without that stigmata
When he gets out of jail/prison/the looney bin maybe he could get an old N64 and the original Mario Party.

I think that's why they gave him a good lawyer - it's a weird case that will form a precedent for future sex cases. They need to get it "right" this time. On the arrest tape, Chris is clearly having a psychotic break from reality and... doesn't seem to have improved. Obviously he can't be out on the streets so prosecution and defense are trying to negotiate a plea deal that's fair for everyone, including future victims in similar circumstances.

This can't be easy when your client develops a martyr complex. Null cut contact with Chris, so Chris was forced to write this letter to a third person to forward to him, as well as his lawyer. Nobody is going to block communication between a jailbird and his lawyer except, maybe, his lawyer. What I mean is, I get the feeling Chris is demanding a trial straight out of his comics so he can deliver a rousing speech, call in a surprise witness, and swear to himself instead of God.

American justice on paper isn't as keen on punishing people as, say, France, but it is a capitalistic machine. American justice is more concerned about getting customers into bunks with efficiency than any real reform. The war on drugs absolutely ruins communities but mandatory minimums and 3 strikes still exist. A compassionate justice system would have learned from alcohol prohibition 100 years ago.

Ideally Chris should be in a safe bubble, heavily medicated and socialized via CBT, but it's cheapiest and easiest for everyone involved just to negotiate a prison stay.

Chris's Jesus delusion can be explained psychoanalytically, using a conflict/defense model.

There are four sources which create psychological conflict: from instinctual impulses (the id), from moral prohibitions/ideals (the super-ego), from adverse real-world situations (reality perception, which is based in the ego) and from the desire to not lose/damage relationships with loved ones (object relations).

Defence mechanisms are used to resolve conflict and maintain psychological homeostasis in the process. There are four kinds that correspond to levels of personality organisation: mature, neurotic, borderline and psychotic. The borderline defences can be sub-divided into action, major and minor image distorting and disavowal defences, whereas the neurotic defences can be sub-divided into obsessional and classically neurotic defences (the former are based on partial repression and the latter are based on total repression).

Chris, due to having a narcissistic personality structure, has a core fantasy/need to feel unique and special, powerful and important. This is his instinctual impulse.
However, reality bears down heavily on this. Not only has he once again had to contend with having the same rules applied to him as everyone else, but the prison and courts are far from ideal institutions to seek special status in.
To defend against this, he uses a psychotic defense called distortion, which overlays a structured delusion on top of the external world to cut off awareness of his restrictive situation. Being Jesus Christ is the best choice of distortion for this, because Jesus is INFINITELY special, important, unique and powerful. Also note that this mechanism is actually nothing new and has been in place for years - his distortion previously revolved around being a CPU Goddess and the Dimensional Merge and before that, the Mayor of CWCville communicating with Sonichu like an imaginary friend and being able to curse people. It seems like the more hopeless and frustrating life became for him, the more grandiose and extreme his distortion became.

Stay tuned for more armchair speculation about the mental state of weirdos on the Internet! 8)
It's great to see classic Freudian theory applied to someone who literally fucked his mom.
it would turn out that he was rollin and trollin the entire time and all of this had been a test to judge humanities compassion towards those with obvious mental deficiencies.
Chris emerges victorious from a sealed c-ville court hearing. Dressed in his gay trucker outfit he greets his guntstream paparazzi.

"I was a man all along, I'm straight, never was CPU goddess (whatever that is), work 40 hours a week, didn't rape my mother, you got trolled."

Joshua Moon arrives at the pearly gates

He is startled to see none other than the son of god himself, Chrischan, standing behind Saint Peter with a evil smirk

"Haha, Judas, to the fires of Hell with you"

Nothing happens and Joshua Moon stands there with a confident smile

"What is this, I said send him to hell, right now!"

Saint Peter directs Chris's eyes to the bottom of Joshua's page in the lambs book of life where in large red ink there is a $1000 debt on heavens side

Chris is a genuine fucking lunatic at this point- and the transition is shocking. At first he was a guy who just inserted himself into his comic, which at face value was harmless escapism, but it's morphed into something really fucked-up now.

This new prison saga is somehow darker than the Idea Guys saga, and it almost feels like the culmination of all the sagas... the big finale everything was leading up to. Unless he gets off scot-free (he got a slap in the wrist for vehicular assault, so I'm not holding my breath here for anything massive, maybe 2-10 years prison at most, 20 if he really gets the book thrown at him, which he wholly deserves) but I think everything after prison is going to be more or less predictable and boring. Sure this news is pretty jarring and people are taking time to process everything, but in all seriousness, after doing time, Chris will either get on some meds, get it together, and work himself a real job, or he'll just live in squallor and die shortly thereafter. Another possibility is returning to prison.

It's all been leading up to this, boys and girls. This is the finale.
