Crossover Ethan Ralph vs. Nick Rekieta & Elijah Schaffer - Current status: Nick Rekieta exposed for having a more attractive wife, big L.

You hate to see Ralph let this guy stack Ws on him. The guy who won biggest grifter 2020, plays up the bull/cuckold thing then gets angry if you use it, and someone who you could argue lies just as often.

I've done the math and it checks out.

Not Thorgrim. More like some small insignificant clan, that had some success in the past but now completely forgotten and visited only for raid and plunder by certain green colour folk.

Gotta love this so much, all he said was he was taking the conversation as confidential, literally the lowest form of security lol. On top of it, for him to be your lawyer fat fuck you need to retain him. Show proof of a contract of enjoy your own goal. If this is what Ralph considers winning, I hope he never stops "being at the top".
The fact that Nick's stream went down twice yesterday preventing him from A-logging without Null proves the Corn God's demands this harvest be the best. It was absolutely exquisite to hear 4 hours of absolute Gunt Rape.

In the end, Nick has a lovely family, Null has his peppers and gypsy pigeons, and life goes on. For Ralph however, every look into that mirror showcases a fat little diseased, alcoholic, drug addicted absent father who will end up cuddling with Chris Chan in the annals of internet history. In short Ralph for all the grifting you do, you are no better than a nigger golem for the jews you try to own on the internet lol.

I'm of two minds on this.

On the one hand, he's not wrong that if he entered into an attorney-client relationship with Ralph, there are limits imposed on what he can and can't say outside that relationship. That's just objective truth. I would certainly never advocate that a lawyer should torpedo their career just so they can shit on a fat redneck retard on the Internet.

On the other hand, I am left scratching my head why he would enter such a relationship with Ralph, and bind himself to such limitations, in the first place. Lawyers can usually pick their clients. Thus, they pick their battles. Ralph has had "loser" written all over him for quite a while now.

I think maybe there's a "teachable moment" here where Nick should consider offering referrals in cases like these instead of going in balls deep. I think it's cool how he acted as an agent for Hero Hei when Anime News Network falsely struck his video, but taking on most e-celebs as clientele is probably a lot like agreeing to represent a dumpster fire. Consider that we catalogue, by name, such dumpster fires on this very site.

:feels:
Sorry for the double post, but by Ralph's and Nick's texts and admissions it looks like he did not actually become his lawyer. If anything it seems to me that Nick was doing him a solid by stating those words in case a subpoena dropped on the devices Ralph uses, since the revenge porn thing and the PO both will probably require those for discovery. Not trying to defend it one way or another, simply what I think happened. I am sure the texts will now end up on this forum at some point, but I am willing to gamble on it.

Plenty didn't land; mostly it seemed that Nick was trying hard to be funny but was exhausted (Covid is a bitch). Or perhaps he's just too old and went to too many art shows to understand the humor of people below 30 years old.
Of course there are gonna be plenty of jokes that don't land, Nick isn't all that funny. The humor from his streams is in the spectacle of a man with one foot in middle age raging at women who aren't present over someone else's problem. He also looks up to Dax Herrera as a comedy icon, so it's not like he aspires to be someone who is funny either. The other half of the stream was a guy who autistically archives e-weirdos and their drama. He's talented at presenting these tidbits, but the tidbits are where the humor comes from

I still laughed a lot during the stream, but how can you not laugh at clips of a fat retard screaming "maybe I'll just shit all over myself right now" and "I'd have to stick the microphone up my asshole for you to hear me fart" ?

Wow I'm listening to Null's appearance on Nick's show and off the bat he comes across as a huge shyster... Josh mentions his relationship to Ty Beard as a personal/family friend, with no defamation experience, and getting him on his show repeatedly and he spins into into something unrelated.
"I didn't hire Ty. Vic hired Ty completely absent... All I did was give Vic Ty's number because he asked for a referral."

This almost as bad as when he tries telling 3P that lawyers don't lie.

Nick is shyster-y, because most lawyers are incestuous, grifting creeps. They're on the same level as politicians and a lot of journalists.
That's why there's a lot of cross-over between lawyers/journalists and going into the political arena.
They know how to scratch someone's back, whilst pick pocketing them at the same time.

I'm sincerely not trying to sound like I'm talking down to you here but this is text so I have to explain the inflection I'm trying to convey: genuine curiosity. Have you listened to many lawyers outside of the courtroom (or inside) that wasn't in a form of popular media? There's a reason that most lawyers can be painted with a broad brush and that's because it attracts a certain personality type. Just like IRL streamers are the new Jerry Springer guests.
