I think a lot of people are making a false assumption that Russhole reads his thread regularly. There's a big problem with that: Almost every single post here every day exceeds the hurtful truth level to the point where exposure to more then a couple of posts would drive him into: #1 a frothing rage or #2 an existential crisis about just how shit his life really is.

I believe he knows this in his subconcious if nowhere else, and he does not read his thread any more then he absolutely HAS to to mine quotes to supplement his statements.

If you think about it, there are only a handful of posts that he quotes in his legal pleadings, often the same old ones over and over again.

Thus came about the biggest, most humiliating defeat Ratface ever suffered; directly rejected by a cute girl, criminally prosecuted for trying to explain how wrong she is, Skordas entering the fray just to shit on him more and having to take a harsher plea deal because the prosecutor found out about his past antics. This one event will always be a massive wound on his ego and I do not for a second believe he would not bitch about Null's part in it in a filing or on social media if he knew.

I can practically see it: "Your Honor, defendant and counsel have a long history of cooperating in the harassment and defamation of plaintiff. The aforementioned criminal case only really started because defendant made contact with the mentally ill girl and coerced her into going to the police. Once the case started, before Greer could explain himself to the prosecutor, Mr. Skordas swooped in and took control of the case to harass, humiliate and defame Greer for a perceived slight from years ago."

A restraining order is an injunction against a person, so that person is enjoined from continuing to do whatever the restraining order lists, wherever he does it.

The restraining order is from the authorities in Utah, and can be enforced by them. Utah law enforcement is obligated to enforce it if notified. The victim can also take the matter back to the court that issued the injunction.

Nevada law enforcement can do so if they choose to do so. However, it isn't a Nevada restraining order, so they are not obligated to do so. What a person can do if they leave the state where they had a restraining order and the stalker follows them is go to their local courthouse with the existing restraining order, an account or evidence of whatever the stalker is currently doing, and obtain an ex parte restraining order on that basis, which will almost certainly be granted.

Then Nevada law enforcement can enforce that new Nevada restraining order.

The mechanics of it vary from state to state, but that's why it's good to have a lawyer do this, or if you can't afford one (and if you are a woman probably), get assistance from some local domestic violence group. That said, it's something people often do without any legal counsel whatsoever.

In fact, such a women's organization has specific instructions on how to do it:

You can register any order for protection against domestic violence issued by the court of another state, territory or Indian tribe within the United States or a Canadian domestic-violence protection order. I actually think that ol' Ratmouth reads the thread more often than you'd think. He's arguably the worst narcissist we keep tabs on, and people like that OBSESS over what others are thinking and saying about them, even when it's negative. And he may just have convinced himself that we might take "ruining his life" into the real world and would plan out our schemes here. It was accredited. From what we know it's not a very school, or at least it wasn't when Russ went there, but it's accredited and Russ does have an Associates of Applied Science in Paralegal studies. Given how incompetent he is at his chosen profession, I suspect he was cut a lot of slack and ultimately passed to get rid of him because they didn't have the balls to confront him about his behavior.
