With respect to Emmitt's affidavit:

I asked him whether he actually knows the women ("victim") he mentions in his affidavit. He says yes.
I then ask him WHY the woman mentioned in the affidavit doesn't enter a sworn affidavit herself. He more or less says he doesn't know.

So, like... yeah. Nobody has to disprove Emmitt here. It's more like HE is the claimant and should therefore realize that a lot of (completely reasonable) people are not gonna accept his story at face value. This is like one step above "I saw Vic consensually kiss somebody, and it made me feel uncomfortable."

I almost wanna say this runs afoul of the "best evidence rule," but that's not really what the best evidence rule is. Instead, I'll just simply say his testimony is NOT anywhere near as compelling as would be the testimony of the woman physically involved in what he claims he saw.

- Donald Schulz is the guy that sperged out on Twitter because he heard Vic say something like "silence is consent" and thought it was godawful that someone could say something so misogynistic. The truth was, Donald Schulz was too much of a braindead jackass to grasp the meaning of Vic's statement, which referred to his recording of lines. In context, Vic basically said he was going to assume his reads were fine if no issue was raised to him, quoting a Greek phrase dating back to antiquity and Donald was too stupid to understand what he meant.

- Emmett Plant is the "Star Trek writer" that claimed to witness Vic grabbing a woman by either the hair or the back of her neck at BayouCon 2013. His account is one of the sworn affidavits being used by the opposite side. For some reason, he swore an affidavit, but there's no mention of the actual "victim" making a statement. You probably know of him, but I'm including him here because the next two names are relevant to his tale.

- Neysha Perry is Emmett Plant's girlfriend. She met him at the BayouCon 2013 event, which she attended as part of a female dance group called "Orion's Envy" that performed at the venue. According to Emmett's tumblr story, which was simultaneously the most sickening and the most autistic thing I've read this year, they basically got together out of a shared hate-boner of Vic. She presumably "witnessed" the event with Emmett.

- Dayna Price is the alleged "victim" of the BayouCon 2013 incident that Emmett Plant witnessed. She performed at the event with "Orion's Envy" and Emmett alleged that Vic either grabbed her by the hair or back of neck and hissed in her ear "like a cartoon snake" in front of him. Emmett claims the Orion's Envy gals were so uncomfortable and/or scared by Vic that they had a buddy system and that he proudly guarded them like a sheepdog from future run-ins with notorious sweetheart Vic Mignogna. Note that thus far, no statement has been made by her.

Okay well, like I just alluded to, when Dayna Price actually says something, I'll take Emmett's claims a lot more seriously.

No, what's strange to me is that Emmett Plant apparently cares more about talking about this alleged incident than Dayna Price. Say what you want about Marchi and Rial, but they actually proffered testimony about what happened to them. His affidavit is easily the weakest one the Defendants put up.

He should also consider being "done" NOW, judging by how Big Apple Comic Con BTFOed him on Twitter. Not since A-Kon's brutal two-word reply to Shane the shoe eater have I seen something as embarrassing concerning a KVer on Twitter.

There's been accusations about that for a lot longer than him being a "sex pest."

To be perfectly honest with you all, I have heard from far more credible people that Vic can be a prima donna at times. I have no trouble buying that. By his own admission, he's a flawed human being. It's when we start getting into the sexual assault shit where I raise an eyebrow. Dayna, or anyone really, has every right to express an opinion that Vic is an asshole. You just don't have the right to lie about somebody committing a crime of moral turpitude.

Before you give too much credit to Monica, remember she did the same thing Emilia did. Monica complained to HR about several things, one of which was Vic allegedly forcibly kissing a coworker. That coworker is Sara Bachmeyer.

Bachmeyer has yet to make any sort of statement.
