I won't even try to write a critique of this. Most importantly, I couldn't do it as well or coherently as others here have, not even if I tried and actually paid much attention to the video. Moreover, I wouldn't even bother. Sorry if this sounds shit, I'm not particularly smart or educated on this subject matter but I instantly lose respect for any leftie toff parroting the sentiment that it's our fault when (muslim) immigrants commit crimes. In my experience, these people live in a very safe, very small bubble. Usually middle to upper middle class people who "care greatly" for the environment, never shut up about yoga and veganism, all dress the same and hang around at 10 quid-a-cup-coffeplaces that serve any type of milk except cow's and all that without a job or one that allows them plenty of time to amble about the park on a Wednesday afternoon with a coffee to go in their hands. They usually inhabit the more upscale neighbourhoods of larger cities and rarely leave these gluten-free enclaves. And in their opinion anyone who even implies that maybe integration of some muslim communities isn't going that great, is a dumb, fascist bigot, that harassment of women and homosexuals committed by muslim minorities are caused by "The White Man" not giving them a fair chance (if these incidents are even acknowledged) when their only real life experience with muslim immigrants is the "super friendly" greengrocer from three blocks down who sells them their "authentic" hummus and speaks English with that "adorable little accent".

At least when Contra does it, it looks halfway genuine and even when it doesn't, they're usually well timed and have a self-deprecating quality to them.
