Body Found in Wyoming Park ‘Consistent With the Description' of Gabby Petito - FBI confirmed - Brian Laundrie still missing, FBI searched his home

All of a sudden all of those schizoposters who were 100% sure that she slipped and fell and Brian just ran away scared have been btfo.

Tbh I was sure there'd be an inconclusive cause of death considering how quickly the body was cremated.
LE hasn't released her body yet so she hasn't been cremated. The family had an empty urn at the funeral.

She had been dead 3 to 4 weeks when she was discovered according to the coroner, So she was pretty ripe. It would be interesting to know if she showed prolonged exposure to the elements and/or animal scavenging.
Can someone contextualize this, ie when she most likely died in relation to her known movements prior to death and Brian's afterward?

This coroner was being rather coy with the details, especially as to how he determined strangulation. Let's say her hyoid bone was broken. If she had been left outdoors for four weeks, it's extremely likely some critters picked at her corpse, and this bone may be been broken when a bear/coyote/wolf/raptor decided to nibble on her neck. That's why so many cases of people found after decomposition has been going on for some time can't really pinpoint an exact cause of death unless its blatantly obvious, like having a smashed in skull. I think there are other factors he's not disclosing, at the behest of law enforcement.

How long until people in this thread say Gabby's BPD and Anxiety lead her to stranger herself out of madness? Pay out all of the "Brain did it" betters, I myself doubted it at the beginning of this but I'm pretty sure this is the nail in the coffin. Also doubling down on the kid an hero-ing if he hasn't already, the real juice left to squeeze from this case is going to come from his parents who most likely know the truth.

Maybe he joined the French Foreign Legion or became a Muslim in some sandnigger shit hole, Both let you change your name and forgive your criminal past if you swear loyalty to France (the former) or Allah (the latter).

She was found on Sept 19. Time of death given is between Aug 22 and Aug 29.

Between Aug 17-23 Brian was in Florida, to help his dad empty some storage unit. Gabby was staying at a hotel in SL, Utah. They reunite on the 24th most probably. Gabby does a FaceTime with her mom around 23-24 Aug, so she is alive at this time.
There are a couple of possible sightings of their van on the 25th and Gabby posts her last IG post.

Aug 26th - someone spots Brian parking the van at Spread Creek. This person sees the van several times between the 26th and the 29th as she passes by.

Aug 27th
- they are seen in a restaurant around 1-2 pm. Brian argues with staff, Gabby apologizes.
- friend claims she snap chatted with Gabby to plan their Yellowstone meeting that never happened, not sure if verified or what time of day
- 6-6:30 pm - their van appears in the Spread Creek area on the infamous video from that couple on YT. From the video you can see the van door closing as the camera approaches so there was someone there at the time.
- a questionable sighting of them together in another restaurant at 10pm
- Gabby's mom receives a text from Gabby: "Can you help stan, I just keep getting his voicemails and missed calls”. Stan is her grandfather. Time unknown. Suspicious b/c Gabby never calls her grandfather "Stan" -> not sure this is 100% verified

Aug 29
- Hitchhiking incident 1: 5:30 pm. Woman #1 picks up Brian (alone) at Colter Bay. He offers her $200 to take him to Jackson. Said he had been camping alone for multiple days, but didn’t look dirty. Dropped him off at 6:09 at Jackson dam when he suddenly changed his mind.
- Hitchhiking incident 2: 6 pm. 1.2 miles from Jackson lake dam at Pacific Creek Landing. Woman #2 drove him to Spread Creek Camping area (he asked about going to Jackson). Arrive at 6:30, practically jumps out of the car when she offers to drive him in to their van.

Aug 30th
- Gabby's debit cards used
- last text from Gabby's phone "no service in Yosemite” - text to mom. Mom doubted it was Gabby. Time unknown. "Yosemite" believed to be an autocorrect error meaning Yellowstone.

Aug 30&31 - two songs added on Gabby's spotify playlist

Sept 1:
- Gabby's debit cards used again (Brian is later indicted on charges related to this)
- Brian arrives at home in North Port FL: 36 hour drive from Spread Creek Camping Area. (license plate spotted by reader and Brian is seen at home)
- Spotify playlist "Selfconsumption" created on Gabby's account.

September 1st-3rd - Mother signed up at Fort Desoto Park Campground but cancelled the reservation.
September 6th-8th - Parents signed in at Fort Desoto Park Campground and were seen on camera Memorial day.

Sept 11th - Gabby Reported Missing

Unclear dates here - >
Sept 11-12 (Estimated by witness, or was it 6-8th?) - Brian and parents went camping for the weekend with truck bed camper seen in driveway.
September 14th - Brian is spotted at an AT&T retailer with an older woman purchasing a new cell phone.

September 14th - Brian Goes hiking - Car abandoned. Next day, Park police (Nothing to do with case) put a note on the Mustang stating it will be towed if not moved. Parents come and retrieve it at some point (most likely on the 16th).

Sept 17:
Brian is reported missing by his parents.

Sept 19:
Gabby’s remains found in Wyoming around 900ft from where the van was seen parked on video on the 27th.

---

This would narrow down time of death between the 27th when they were last seen together in that restaurant and either the 29th or 30th (if you believe that last text was actually sent by her). Personally, I believe she was already dead when Brian was hitchhiking alone on the 29th.

"Choke me harder," she gasped to Brian during their romantic tryst.

"And then he did." Ron Howard narrated.
This is how The Wonder Years should have ended. I hope the new version gets this right.

Brian had a 5 to 11 day head start depending on if you think that last confirmed sighting of Brian was on the 8th at the campground with his parents, or if you believe his parents that he left for the nature reserve on the 14th.

With transportation or help he could be anywhere in the US by then, or in Mexico or half a dozen Central American countries. Without transportation he could have easily legged it into some dense forest far away from where he told his parents that he was going.

Face masks are still the norm now. If you want to commit murder where you are the #1 suspect and go on the run, now is the prime time to do it while covid mania is still running rampant.
