Plenty of bisexual folk would have sex with trans folks, so that's not the distinction between bisexuals and pansexuals. The only difference is in word definition: multiple genders vs. all genders. That's the only difference, honestly.
A lot of people would have sex with trans folk but usually it's because they've had surgery both top and bottom to look like their preferred gender. And then there are some that think all that's necessary to be a "woman" is to wear women's clothes, makeup and maybe take hormones. That's usually what separates bi from pan. At least that's how I understand it.
